I assume those skin suits are biologically alive and somehow wired into their brains to feel pain and so on - but yeah, the aspect of the functioning dick seems a little strange, as does the cold blooded snatch that kid was going to be sticking it into. Creepy, but maybe the show could use a little grit rather than looking like an Apple Store most of the time.

This! Thank you for totally conveying every problem I have with this series. I still enjoy it, but it's too simplistic. I wish they would've have gone the Gene Roddenbury's Earth: Final Conflict route. That series starts months after the aliens arrive and solve all the worlds problems. At least when it's set in that time frame less questions are asked because all the world's problems have been solved.
