Seriously, what would Ibis have brought to the reunion? Probably about as much as she brings to every show she's on. Nothing!

Agreed with all the Ibis is boring and invisible comments. She's never had a memorable moment for me and really her telling Johnny to STFU was the best
thing she's ever done on her entire RW/RR tenure.

She only gets people talking because you open your trap about how amazing she is.
No one talked about her before, no one will talk about her after, unless your stupid ass brings her up again. |

lol at some posters being so outraged that some people like Ibis. She's not my fav but the fact that she has supporters is neither surprising nor upsetting
to me.

Surfing Hippo in Trouble wrote: Don't get your hopes up too high as far as seeing CT being on a challenge anytime soon to destroy the douche army of Evan, Kenny, and Johnny. His family is going through a lot right now with having to prepare for a trial for his murdered brother, and his family is first and foremost for him at the moment. He made a mistake by taking part in the Duel 2 while all of this was going on and it's most likely the most regrettable choices he's ever made. Right now he's focusing on his family and organizing charity events in the Boston area for cancer prevention. Rest assured though, contrary to popular internet message board gossip, he is NOT banned from challenges by Bunim-Murray Productions and he will be back one day, and when that day comes, the time Evan, Kenny, and Johnny have had to enjoy running these shows will come to an abrupt end, I can promise you. |

No, but I grew up with him in Charlestown, Massachusetts. People from Charlestown are called "townies" so that's where my name came from...
ctownie = Charlestownie. Chris Tamburello is a decent guy & gets a bit of a bad rap for what he does on these shows. CT on MTV shows and in real life are
two completely different people. He's a very competitive person and wants to win at all cost, and that side of him gets magnifed to the extreme on
television and brings out his ugly side. Off the shows, he's one of the most involved people I know when it comes to charities. He's always doing
work for cancer fundraisers & fundraisers for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. As a matter of fact, when he was with Diem, he did more work for her
charity than she did and still does more charity work for cancer to this day.

I can't say it surprises me too much, Diem probably doesn't do a whole lot of charity type work.
But when CT isn't angry, he does seem like a decent intelligent guy, who does get very competitive. |

Eh, still think he's a douchebag. Competitiveness only works on challenges. What was his excuse for douchery during the Real World? And, I'm sorry,
competitiveness is not an excuse for being a fucking asshole. Good for him for doing good things, but still a douchebag.

He's a likable douchebag unlike the fucktards on The Ruins

There is absolutely nothing likable about CT, except for when he's kicked off.

pjadedd wrote: CT is not like virtually everybody who has been on Real World or Road Rules. It has been like a dream for everybody else who has appeared on those shows to be a part of the series; they carefully plan out audition tapes and some people are rejected repeatedly before they finally get on a show. CT was actually sought out by production after they were told about him by various people (one of which was David Burns from the Seattle cast) that he would be a good person to have on the show for whatever reason. CT never really watched the show and since the season was going to be in Paris, he jumped at the opportunity to go. He really had no idea as to the extent of drama queens & douchebags he'd be dealing with. He continues to do challenges because again, it's a chance to take an exotic vacation to a foreign land, compete, and win a lot of money and prizes... and he definitely loves to compete. You seem him get into a lot of arguments because quite frankly, the people on these shows are people he would not associate with in his real life. None of these people from the challenges are people CT considers to be "real" friends and he doesn't associate with them when they're not doing challenges either. He has nothing to do with a single person from the casts. |
