I've seen the videos on youtube from the different seasons of the people who make the jury and how they go to Ponderosa. But what happens to the people
pre-jury, do they get to go home right away or is everyone kept on location until filming is completed and they all go home together. I've also been
wondering if the people see each other before the filming begins, I know they go a week in advance before they start so they can do interviews and training and
everything, so are the people all together and can't talk to one another or what? That would seem pretty awkward!

They are sequestered, not sent home. Usually they are treated to a first class vacation, courtesy of CBS. They have written that they have taken cruises and
done extended tours of nearby countries. I think Hatch, when voted off ASS, got to take a South American cruise, along with all the other losers, and met
his boyfriend on that cruise.
My guess is that SEG sequesters them for multiple reasons: 1. so people at home do not know you were voted off early, obviously, 2. so the bootees aren't aware of what is happening in the game--fewer people to allow the outcome to slip out. |
