People might just not be that interested in Kris. As long as Adam brings ratings, he'll still be showcased. Kris could have the same treatment if he had anything to say. He's a nice guy, but he's not that compelling.

But who prevailed and won the show, even though they weren't deemed the next coming of Freddie Mercury, already having an Entertainment Weekly cover, so on and so on? Not Adam. So you never know what's going to happen. Poor choice on Kris' part for his first single, but that doesn't mean he can't sell more than Adam.

As far as traditional promotion (Going on Talk Shows, releasing singles early, radio play) Kris has had more. As far as media attention (Magazines, Awards Shows, Winning Awards (only 2 though), and general gossip) Adam has had more. There is no denying that FYE is not getting NEARLY the radio play that LLWD does. They can only put a performer out there so much- if the media doesn't buy it, then it's their own fault.

I've always said that winning was the worst thing that could have happened to Kris- because instead of being the soft rock guy who made it longer than anyone would have guessed, he's now just the guy that beat Adam Lambert.
