When it's melted, put the macaroni in a big assed bowl and mix in the cheese sauce.

Cover with panko bread crumbs. If you don't have that, use regular bread crumbs.
Put a little more cheese on top and bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the cheese on top browns.
