And they'd practice those two or three songs for an entire semester along with five or six others for a concert. They certainly wouldn't learn a new song every week (that would make a boring show though). And if two choirs did the same song it wouldn't be a big deal, the one that did it better would get more points.

True.. but if one choir's choices were already covered by two other seperate choirs, they would probably look at them suspiciously. And honestly, I don't think they could really do Proud Mary at the sectionals because of the set change needed for the wheelchairs. Oh.. and I notice the piano man every time.. It made them look ridiculous and they knew it. Yet, here's a group of students that are deaf and can't sing and are up on stage showing who they are and what they're about. They weren't trying to hide any of their deficiencies. Mercedes joining in was her way of honoring them in the only way she knows how.. by giving her voice to their music. The choice of music for this show has always been dead on. "Imagine" was perfect for that scene. If they had done almost any other song and Mercedes/the Glee club had joined in, it wouldn't have had the proper impact. I agree. I didn't find it rude at all. Santana pulls off bitch better than Quinn. I'm trying my best but still can't feel the Quinn adoration. There is no lip bite sexy enough to get past her lack of talent or this fucked up storyline that the actress can't pull off. I felt just a TINY bit of "awww" when she hugged Mr Hottie, I mean Shue, but her declaration of love for Finn at the end was vomit worthy. Oh and that lame ass asking permission shit from Finn to do something without Quinn - I love Finn, but what a pussy! Maybe I was just grumpy last night. On a positive note, I loved the scene with Santana, loved Tina finally getting to sing.. and I did like the episode. Enuff about that. Why so hard on Blueberry? idgi

I haven't seen the show since I was a kid. I bought the first two seasons a few weeks ago. I love it, it's 80's-licious. I think this might help get me through the 4-month hiatus.
