Although I'm glad the Reaper story is over, this episode was much better writing-wise than the last few eps. The "Jack working the case" thing
was good, Hotch beating the Reaper to death was good, and Bitchface Supervisor backing down at the end was good. More like this, please.

The whole segment when he was talking to Haley on the phone and she knew she was going to die was incredible.

You have to feel sorry for the poor bastard, first he gets Turk'ed by Pony Boy then his wife is butchered. Where does the show go from here? Lola and Mandy
P both were gone after suffering thru similar actions.

OMG,. What the hell was that? Poor Haley.. agree with the little boy working the case and the supervisor backing down...no, think she did know the boy would
be killed if the killer got up...
will he stay stepped down? |

Sooo sad. Poor Haley, knowing she was going to die.
I guess having the kid might eventually give us a softer Hutch. |

i have been crying for the last 40 minutes and just can't stop - her knowing she was going to die and telling hotch to tell jack about they met just
fucking did me in. i really didn't think they were going to go there.
his face when he was in the car was beyond heartbreaking. and Meredith Monroe needs to do a comedy or a musical or something to get back in my good graces. she just killed me tonight and she was in an episode of Cold Case a few years ago that made me cry so hard i almost passed out. fuck Ponyboy. fuck him straight to hell. |

That was way too disturbing. I wish they hadn't done the scenes of the team being debriefed, first. I would have liked a natural progression. But it is
understandable they wanted the beating as close to the end as possible, so I get why they did it.
You couldn't in reality drum out anyone in L.E. for that beating of Foyette, you'd have a blue flu, even at the FBI. The only time I have ever really heard of criminals targeting the families of law enforcement, are all involving members of the Hell's Angels and city police. They target wives for intimidation. It is pretty much the dumbest thing anyone can do, because the entire L.E. community goes apeshit and close ranks 24/7/365. Then mucho violence against bikers and major crime incarcerations / convictions always happen. The only lol moment was Reid's memory quip, to the emotionless FBI boss. JJ's bangs are back, and look really good on her.

I wouldnt be suprised if they write Hotch out of the show. I dont get how any person can continue doing that kind of work after everything that happened. He
has a kid to take care of and after seeing his work kill his ex wife Im sure he wont want to risk his son.

Prime Minister wrote:Haley and Jack wouldn't have been in peril if it wasn't for Hotchner. He'll blame himself as well. Also Why didn't the marshall scream out something when Foyet was talking to Haley on the phone? He was still conscious at that point and was seemingly willing to be tortured and die to keep her safe. |

He tried but having as mouth full of broken teeth and a possible broken jaw makes screaming kinda fucking hard.
Did you even WATCH the show? |

I think watching without a functioning brain limits one's insight, S.A.

No, but I'll remember you when I crack open an empty coconut, for Coconut Frappe drinks during Survivor.
