I was old enough in the 70s, but no, never.
I have vivid memories of kids being carted out of school on stretchers or in ambulances because they overdosed. Lots. Beginning in junior high. My best friend's sister died of an overdose...not from weed, of course. I wasn't interested in it and I'm still not interested in it. |

I will say I was the "go to" person in high school to send in a liquor store to buy booze.
I was/am tall, and looked at least 18 (drinking age at the time). My mistake was keeping the empty bottles in my cabinets at home where my mother found them. |
