Bestbuy has the best procedure for black friday with their tickets. There's still some confusion, but not like other places where everyone has to run to
the big ticket items.

Ok, Old Navy is done online. Lots of $15 sweaters bought. Old Navy opens at 3:00 am so I'm glad I missed that mess. I'll be hitting the mall when I get
up later for my BOGO VS bras with tons of padding. They are miraculous.

wellllll 70 percent of my shopping done .. I will go into a mall and get a Christmassy ina couple weeks and buya bunch more shit thats not on any list and thats fun and relaxing .. No deals but hey it gets ya in the mood. and i love that Ohhhh theyre gonna love this!! kinda finds.

OH MY GOD. This is addictive! It's like crack. My first year doing any sort of BF and I loved it! I did one store already in the early am to get something
I wanted but everything else I did online and now I'm done. There is something so gratifying about waiting for the online sales to start, getting all of
what you want for ridiculous cheap prices, then seeing it's all sold out like 5 minutes later. Like a hunter getting the best kill. :p

Mine was fairly painless. I had to wait for like 40 minutes at VS, (I probably would have bought more if the line hadn't been so long) but I got my two miraculously super padded bras BOGO and a free tote and then I went to Bath and Bodyworks where the line was shorter but running slow because everyone had to run back to get something, got the fantastic giftbag and went to Claires for jewelry, then I got a bunch of stuff at Target which had superfast checkout. Hot husband bought a bunch of stuff at staples on the website. |

I met a friend in the Target parking lot at 430am. We walked up to the front of the store and then around the side of the building around to the back and all
the way across the back. There had to be at least 5000 people there. I knew by the time we got into the store the 32" TV would be gone. We looked at each
other and said together, want to head over to Bath & Body? We left there and were first in line at B&B. We waited about 40 mins for it to open and
bought a shit load of shower gels, air freshner things and candles. If you purchased $40 bucks worth you could get this bag with $100 worth of product for $15
bucks. We each got one. Left there and went to Pet Smart. She bought $100 worth of dog toys and treats. They were all 50% off.
Shopping for today is done. We then went to breakfast and now I'm home and getting back into bed to sleep until we go to Outback for a steak at 4pm. She has a coupon. Yay! |

My friend started shopping at 2:30am. She went to Old Navy to get some fleece jackets that were $5 each. She said that there were police everywhere because
some people were cutting in line and fighting with each other. Glad I missed that. She was a little shaken up by the time she got to Target with me.

Folks had camped out since 9:30 Thursday morning. Tents, chairs, tailgating, you name it. The last folks along the front wall were there by dinnertime last night. Two years ago, 3-something got me a place midway along the side wall. This year, 2:15 got me a spot midway along the back wall. At 3:00 there were announcements, and the line tightened. We made it to the side wall. At 3:15, employees began offering tickets. None (!) of the Doorbuster laptops made it as far as me. But it got worse for laptop buyers ... Folks who had been told "there are plenty of laptop discounts when you get into the store" were met with a 1 1/2-hour long line at Geek Squad, upon which only a handful of sale laptops went to the first few customers. Imagine the glee of people who stood in line for 1 1/2 hours only to find out that all of the sale laptops were gone. The good part of the tickets was that folks who only wanted 1 or 2 Doorbuster items took off, which cut the line in half by 4:15-ish. Except for the Sony Blu-Ray Laptop package, the last one of which went to someone about 5 people ahead of me, I got everything else I wanted for myself and gifts for others. My friend who went with me got everything he wanted also, included the outstanding HP QuadCore 1TB Desktop bundle for $499. |

Got my cheapy Compaq desktop at Office Max for 299. Woefully understaffed and a clusterfuck with only 40 or so shoppers @ 7am..cannot imagine the hell @ 10am.

Had friend waiting in the Target line while I went to Old Navy that opened at 3am and got me clothes, Kohls opened at 4am and got some more clothes and other gifts. Target opened at 5am and I was about 20th in line and ran to get my 32" HDTV. |
