Anyway my mother had an affair and had my sister as a love child with the other man. Except she kept it a secret from my father and pretended the kid was his. So when she died it was this insane mess and giant mean custody battle that went on for years and pretty much fucked our childhoods (partially resulting in what a fuck up I am now).
Anyway he died last night. Peacefully at home. He was sick for a the past year so we kind of knew it was coming at least. So I feel kind of sad because I feel like someone who was a link to my mother and her memories is gone but I hadn't talked to him in years. And my poor sister has to go to his service but not say anything because his family is obviously weird about it and I don't know what to say to her to help her. I'm sad about it but I am emotionally dead inside so I can't cry about it or anything.
