After a week of non-stop listening to Adam's album, I still love Fever but an in absolute awe at Broken Open. It's so much better than any ballad on the charts right now and it would baffle me it it's not a hot single. Actually, looking at the iTunes top songs, I still think FYE is SO much better than what's on there. I mean, how can anyone stand the tuneless mess that's Party in the USA or Replay? And don't even get me started on the funereal tunes of Subo. Actually, I wouldn't want her songs at my funeral, let alone anywhere else. If Adam's AMA performance has stopped some people from buying his album it's their loss entirely. |

Eraser!! YAY! You're back!
So I bought 2 Adam CD's at Target last Tuesday night (on sale for $9.98) and yesterday I was back at Target doing some other shopping and his CD's were sold out. Oh snap! LOVING his album - been dancing around the house all weekend. I missed the Letterman performance (fell asleep again) but watched it here. Bulls-eye, Adam! Saw the Early Show performance too. Excellent! Smart that he had his mom with him - good damage control. When the hell am I going to start hearing him on the radio? |
