I believe that in most situations.
However, it's obvious that in certain situations choreographers ask for certain dancers. No one else last season could have done the Cancer dance or the Pas De Deux than Ade and Melissa |

decided to pair him/her up with...

routines and couples are now complete Couples: Jakob & Ellenore - Contemporary, Quickstep Nathan & Kathryn - Broadway, Rumba Russell & Mollee - Jazz (Mandy Moore), Jive Legacy & Ashleigh - Contemporary, Hip Hop Ryan & Noelle - Waltz, Hip Hop (NappyTabs) sounds like a good show , unless another couple bombs Ryan and Noelle are so gone this week

Definitely looking forward to this show. Ashleigh/Legacy and Jakob/Ellenore look like the chosen pairs. J/E getting a good contemporary will skyrocket their stock value, and the fact that A/L got a hip-hop is good news for them (especially if it's not a NappyTabs one). Nathan/Kathryn will do fine. Mollee/Russell have a great chance to screw up the jive, but ought to be able to pull out a Mandy jazz piece. Hopefully they crash and burn. <3 @ Ryan/Noelle. Not only is the pairing suspect, but the fact that they got another NappyTabs hip-hop (after they both have done terrible hip-hops) is
going to sink them. Hopefully!

Really most of them are good dancers, this year. I actually DO think it has been a good season. "contemporary = breakdance when Legacy gets it... "
like EVERYTHING looked like second rate Fred Astaire when Evan got it. Or like most everything this season has looked fairly Twyla Tharp contemporary when
Jakob gets it.
