Dr Will Hatch two point oh wrote:I never called Cirie flawless. To deny that she's one of the best players ever to play the game is a sign of blindness, deafness, stupidity, or all three. She made it tot he end game both times she played the game. V is easily the weakest winner of all time. She made no independent moves (that were shown at least) to get herself to the end game, with the exception of the final two deal during the last immunity challenge...which is a Survivor 101 play. |

I never called Cirie flawless. To deny that she's one of the best players ever to play the game is a sign of blindness, deafness, stupidity, or all three. She made no independent moves (that were shown at least) to get herself to the end game, with the exception of the final two deal during the last immunity challenge...which is a Survivor 101 play. Vecepia wasn't a bad winner or a terrible player, she just wasn't all that impressive and it's stupid for people to bitch and moan about how she gets overlooked. And it's especially stupid to say that she gets overlooked because she's black and that people would feel differently about her if she were white. It's like... O RLY? Because I'm pretty sure Amber gets hated on a ton and people tend to think Amber's an even worse winner than Vecepia. And as far as Earl goes, people overlook him for being boring, too. But people also tend to hate Bob as a winner more than they hate Earl. People "overlook" Vecepia and Earl because they were boring, not because they're black. |

I refuse to believe that Cirie would have initially aligned with JAYE. Eliza is more unstable than Parvati, it's too much risk to align with her. Well sorry to bust your bubble, but she intially was. Cirie posted that HERSELF on her myspace blog. She was allied with Yau-Man and Jonathan at first until Yau backstabbed her. |

I just want to add my two cents to the Parvati Debate two pages back. If people quitting is what gets you to the finals thats means your not a good player. As
for the new season, if your friend Erika Shay sets up an alliance for you (Parv - Russell) it also does not make you a good player. The facts are if Kathleen,
Chet, JFP, Jonathan never quit/forced out Parv would have never won FVF. On the otherhand those people quitting had no instant affect on Cirie, so i will
support people who say Cirie was a solid player. Parvati had no business being on FVF when there are a number of other ladies more deserving (Twila, Courtney,
Courtney, PG, Twila, Cindy, Michelle, Katie, Jenn, Danielle, Sally, Candace, Becky, Jamie were all better candidates) . This debate can not be said for
Amber/Jenna/Alicia because all the other people who should have gone on ASS said NO! Parv was got on because her friend is in casting, and thats some BIG BULL.
Again how the first moron eliminated from Amazing Race 5 has any pull on these shows is beyond me!

roxbury123 wrote: Thats not a fact at all. Also Chet quitting did have an effect on Cirie, because if Chet had not quit and Chet, Erik, Tracy and Ami had taken out Ozzy instead of Chet quitting, then instead of the next 2 boots being Tracy and Ami, it would have more than likely been Amanda and Cirie. |

You don't get it. Having lots of airtime doesn't make someone interesting.
Sure, Earl had lots of confessionals, he's still bland and boring though. |

It's not about the edit, it's about if they are interesting characters or not. Earl isn't.
I don't have anything against Vecepia. |

Yeah but....a lucky win...
Is still a win. Todd...my personal favourite winner. Was lucky too. I know and accept that. He was damn lucky James didnt play his idol. He was damn lucky Peih-Gee couldn't flip Denise. Actually, He was damn Lucky Denise or Amanda didnt flip in general. But Todd still won. Do I care that his win was lucky??? no. So I can understand why fans of Parvarti dont care ither. Sure she was lucky all that stuff happened. But she still won, and thus her fans will still be happy. |

He might've said he would have, but this is the same person who said he was the best player in PI after Lill voted him out, and he also said he was the best player ever. It's his pride. In fact, on the show, he did say Yau Man was gone once his idol was gone. If he had voted out Parvati, how would he have expected Yau-Man to go next? Wouldn't it make sense that he would've voted out someone in Yau-Man's alliance? Just because Jonathan was after her, doesn't mean he would've gotten her out. She was after him too, and she had more allies on that tribe. He or Eliza probably would've been out if instead of Jonathan qutting, someone from that team was voted out, and I'm saying that as an Eliza fan. Also, no one knows what the final vote would've been. Out of the votes we can say for almost certainty would've happened in a F3 situations, Parvati has two, (Natalie and Alexis) Amanda has two, (James and Ozzy and Cirie has one. (Eliza) The only way cirie would've won would be if she got both of Jason and Erik's votes. |

SSerenaSSS wrote: Maybe Alexis said that, but did Jason and Erik say that, or are you just guessing? Like you said with Cirie, she would not vote to force a tie, so basically whoever JFP voted out was who Cirie was voting out, and JFP was totally against Yau-Man for the thing with the boat. He said he was voting Yau-Man out the first chance he got. He wouldn't have been able to do that if Parvati was out. Everything that aired pointed to him being against Yau-Man's alliance. Nothing specific pointed to him going against Parvati, other than him saying it after she already won. |

Fairplay was voting out Parvati, there's no question about that. Evidence from interviews AND the show have suggested as much. What in the show suggested he was against JAYE? Nothing. Just because you say it doesn't make it true. He never said he'd vote out Yau the second he could. They also didn't show how they bonded and how Yau gave him fatherly advice. And Jason said the best players were Parvati and Cirie. I think Erik was an Amanda vote, but Jason seemed like he'd be a Cirie vote. I can't say for sure, but between him saying she played a great game and his friendship with Eliza, it seems highly probable. |
