Reminded me of why this actor is nominated for Emmy Awards. Loved super-goth 'angry' Jana and 'rug-swabbing' Gloria... also, 'hooker'ish' Phyllis'. It was fun to see these actors play out various sides of their characters based on the absence of Michael in their lives. happy naked dance

The actor's doing a good job, and it doesn't hurt that I think he's sexy. I never thought I'd say this, but I think Jeff and Gloria are my favorite characters on the show. They bring much-needed comic relief, and I think they have good chemistry. While some characters lately have been depressing to watch, I enjoy seeing what scheme these two will hatch up next. As wrong as this sounds, I'm rooting for Sharon and Adam to be a couple. These two have more chemistry than Sharon and Nick ever had, imo, and I liked Sharon and Nick in the early days. I also don't think Adam would cheat on Sharon multiple times like Nick did either. But they can't redeem Adam for what he did to Sharon. Well, on the other hand, they did redeem Michael and Phyllis (I still think she should pay for her previous crimes to this day), so anything's possible. Paul and Nina are pretty cute together. I loved the scene where Jill is pretending to be Paul's girlfriend and Nina has that wtf look on her face.

Sadly (man it's been a horrible year- worse than the soaps!) my sister had a seizure/bleeding in her brain and has been diagnosed with a Jana Brain Tumor. I cannot believe..it was all very sudden! I've been dealing with this all week- in and out of the hospital. She may not survive this and my family is a mess. So, I've missed the shows. I think my soap trumps Y&R right now. Anyway.... anyway...anyway..nothing else to say!

We'll know in a week or less about the tumor but, it's not looking good and so sad this is happening before Xmas as this is my sister's favorite time of the year. I just hope she has a JANA EXPERIENCE!! but , if so, do not marry a Kevin! ;) Thank-you again ...you're a super-duper bunch and you do say the right things.

The preview showed Noah a) scheming to get the chipmunks b) later getting a wedgie from the chipmunks. There are some actors who would be embarrassed to be on a soap opera, but I'd be more embarrassed to be in a Chipmunk movie getting a wedgie! Oh well, at least he can say he was/is in a movie.

I've tried following it but for the life of me, am totally lost. Maybe it's the 30 cast members per scene they are apparently required to have, but every time they go to the coffee shop, I see Kevin, Ryder, Jana, Chloe, and that new bitch yelling at each other, then quick cut to the courtroom where Michael, Phyllis, Daniel, Amber, and that bitch lawyer are yelling at each other. CliffNotes - what the hell did he do, and why is he going to jail? Is this that art bullshit again? Or still? (Continuing good thoughts your way, Wills)

She kept repeating "What the hell?" when talking about Y&R these days. Sadly, even though I DVR Y&R everyday, I can't honestly say. Daniel is going to be brought up again on charges of murdering the pretend-FBI agent who was murdered behind Restless Style (or was it Crimson Lights?). People seem to forget that Victoria was in the alley under boxes when the murder was committed, and there was a scene if I remember correctly where Victoria was beginning to remember events that occurred in the alley that day. Anyhoo, what seemed to have happened months ago was Ryder murdered the fake FBI agent and stole a painting and gave it to Deacon. So it seems Ryder did the murdering, and was close to being arrested/put on trial for the crime. He was freed because Daisy gave Ryder a fake alibi by driving Ryder's car through a traffic light on the other side of town around the time the murder was committed. Michael is representing Daniel, but he butts heads with Heather for bringing charges against Daniel again and he butts heads with Phyllis and Amber as he doesn't want them to interfere in ways that will cause only more trouble. Amber wants to get Deacon to confess to his (Deacon's) role in the murder (he arranged it?). Meanwhile, Daniel still thinks Ryder is responsible for the crime (Ryder did murder the guy, I think), but Kevin is picking to support his new found half brother Ryder over his best friend Daniel. Ryder has come close (over 5 times now) to telling Kevin what really happened, but Daisy interrupts him for doing so. So basically, Daniel looks like he will go to jail for life if Ryder does not. Basically, Y&R is pulling a Days in that when the story doesn't make sense, have the characters yell and distract the viewers.

He would have been able to provide a succinct and humorous synopsis that would have made clear why Daniel was in trouble and what for. In the meantime, I'll do my part in trying to answer questions. I'm not a clear or clever writer, but I'll try to help if I can. Btw, yeah, the Daniel/Amber/Deacon plot has been boring and bad since Day 1. I hated Deacon back when he was on Bold and the Beautiful. His cheesy/smarminess/cockiness is better suited to the campier B&B, and does not contribute anything positive to Y&R. Deacon left B&B in love with Brooke, so his attempts to get Amber with such a huge plot/scheme make no sense (it's been hinted by Deacon that he's not doing this out of his own will, that someone else is pulling the strings, but even so, it's a boring snooze of a story).
