I liked Laura too, she was a Bitch, the way I like em.
Don't root for any of them. Hope they all fail, feels better that way. John Sucks and Mick sucks, pretty much they all do. The only honest one is Russell, at least he comes right out and says he is playing the game, no time for friends. Russell is an impressive player, he knows how to "Plant the seed" to make people go at each other, so he will not be a target. You never know in this game, anyone can win. The nuttiest time is when Jeff brought back LiL & Others after they were already voted out. We need to see some drama tonight, I want to see Shamu cry again. Bawl I mean. |

I didn't start out hating Laura. I typically root for the older women, as they are most often the first ones voted out. Hell, Laura and I even share the same name... She lost my respect when she got angry at Russell for using the immunity idol, like he was supposed to sit back and "allow" Galu to vote him out. I don't go for that kind of gameplay, not even from a grandma. She also lied about how she treated Shambo. Whether Shambo bonded with the others on her tribe, no, I don't think she did. But it was made very clear that the other women didn't like her from the start, and gave her the cold shoulder treatment. "We always tried to include Shambo." No you didn't Laura, why lie about it? Be the Christian you claim to be and tell the truth about how you treated Shambo. She completely lost me when she started campaigning for the fan favorite prize. Who does that? Nobody in the past that I know of (and please correct me if I'm wrong).

WOW, what a ride!!! First off I want to thank all of you for your support and encouragement. This experience has been many things, one of which is finding out how tough I really am, not only physically, but emotionally. I find it bizarre how these people need to keep reassuring themselves how tough and strong they are. |

Laura first entered my radar with her commentary "OMG SHAMBO THERE'S FISH IN TEH OCEAN!" I realized her potential. Then when Russell showed off his HII and tried to boss her around she told him who the real one is power is. (At that time she was in power). I loved her from then on. Immunity monster doesn't bother me but I did love that whenever she won immunity Shambo broke down and cried and Russell got angry. I also feel bad for her for the unfair edit towards her which you have all obviously fallen for. I love her because in a season of OMGBIGGESTVILLAINEVERRUSSELL she emerged as the "true villain". |
