The orange property is the best to have.
Lots of things lead you to that side of the board.
Plus likely dice rolls will land you on those from jail.
The light blue for the same reasons (often sent to go.)
Be sure to count the house... 32 houses are the rules allow however the box comes with more... this can be a handy rule to remember.
