She may have hated most of Galu but she liked John and Erik (remember: 'Whose Erik? Our Erik?'... she couldn't believe it and she didn't vote against him in the end). On the revote she has a choice between someone she likes and someone she doesn't know nearly as well (based on what we've seen on the show, of course), who just tried to pull a fast one on her. If it were Amanda in this situation, she probably would have voted for John because it gives her a better chance of going to the endgame. But what has Shambo done so far to make you think she keeps that in mind? |

Galu's best chance would have been to go to john, force a 4-4-1 tie then come up with the best story to tell shambo on the spot at tribal council after the
tie to convince her to vote out mick and not john.
The worst that can happen is john goes ANYWAY and they are back to being on the outs but if they manage to pull it off then they are back in control and john no longer trusts russell. Then of course the producers would throw another 12 idols at russell to rig it for foa foa again but whatevs |

Does anyone on Galu actually have a strategy to be the final 4 or 2?

Shambo's votes are for the purpose of forwarding herself in the game and ensuring someone who works will win the million dollars.

Can they even talk DURING tribal council voting?

I thought the same thing for 5 seconds, but there is no fucking way that Shambo votes for Mick over John.

Do we know if Galu KNEW Shambo wasn't voting out John? Russell may have told them that everyone was on board.

Yea it was obvious that shambo was voting out dave.

excuse me! but i think that galu3 made the right decision because if in the better of the case john stays, john will betray them again, no doubt it, we have
seen how is john since the the doble boot episode, he think that hi is smarter than rest of the galu..
he should forced de tied in the Laura's boot... come on! with the purple rock he has a 1 of 8 to be vote off... He is just a coward |

It was a no lose situation either they won mick was booted and they got the numbers or they lost and they are at the same place they are now. Whether or not
John would have betrayed them in the future is irrelevant since it is obvious that the remaining 3 are the next 3 targets anyway

I was no fan of john, but I thought it was pure fucking shitty that jeff probst sold him a bogus map to an immunity idol that had already been found by
russell, and knew it all along, when he could have bid on something to eat.
I get it. These assholes should suffer for the million bucks, but for chrisesakes, give em a blanket and a bottle of bug spray and put an end to probst tribal council manipulation of the game. Former survivor castmates have come back with permanent physical ailments from parasitic intestinal worms, long term starvation and scars from infected bug bites. As much as I detest most of the contestants, good gods, it's enough already. Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo Bay would would be a walk in the park compared to a stint on this cbs reality show. |

Miles Edgeworth wrote:Yes and no. Getting Mick out would make it 3-3 with Sham gunning for Dave and John planning Dave/Brett as the next 2 to go...so yes, they would be out. But double crossing Russell and all voting Mick would piss Russ off. The single Mick vote was enough to open Mick's eyes that Russell's dealings with John, and maybe Shambo, are putting Mick in jeopardy...which allows Dave/Galu to try and drive wedge into Foa that will allow them to get the second snake out. It's allows them to tell Mick we could have voted with John and taken you out, we saved you, Russell/John set this up....wanna work with us - with the advantage that Russell isn't at Code Red level trying to get them out, maybe only Code Orange or Yellow. It also satisfies the jury's need for vengeance, which gets them points with the jury. It's a long shot at best but it seems better to go for it with the allusion of working with Russell as opposed to outright opposition. |

Wait wait wait. John is now claiming that it would have been SMART to force a tie? Because it would have given Galu a numerical advantage potentially?
Oh the delusion. |

Katy Carney wrote: No, I don't think John made that claim. I think John was under the delusion that Russell would get Jaison and Nat to vote Mick, John and the Galu3 would vote Mick, resulting in Mick being voted out 7-2 (Mick and Sham voting Dave). Sucksters have said it would have been good strategy for the Galu3 to vote with John to force a Mick 4 - John 4 -Dave 1 tie. In revote Shambo could not choose Dave, and would possibly vote off Mick resulting in tribe with 5 former Galu and 3 former Foans. Since 2 of those Galuans are working with Russell it doesn't really result in a Galu majority, it seems it just ensures Russell wouldn't give Dave/Galu3 any additional lifelines.
