The lack of Dale the whale, the way they rewrote history, and the easy resolution of trudys murder was beyond ridic. It wasnt the worst finale but it def wasnt
great.

He went from meeting Trudy in college to suddenly meeting her like 19 years after college. Is the big one there were other things but thats the only thing I can remember right now. |

Yea, didn't Monk and Trudy meet in '81 or prior to that?
He was working at the college library while still in college and both of them graduated in '81. |

yea Im hoping I heard that part wrong. But he did indeed meet her in college at some time.
Yea I did it was 15 years from the time of the tape which was in 97. So her affair was in 82. Which would still throw the timeline off just not as bad I reckon.

They never said but Im assuming he hooked the Judge up with the bomb maker and the other nefarious individuals that were used to kill trudy.

Forgot about the library meeting in college. Did Trudy have the baby "before" she met Monk while still in college maybe?
Lazy writing though. For the "only" mystery Monk couldnt solve it's a slap in the face that the unopened present solved the case and Trudy "knew" something wa going to happen to her. |
