I don't think so. Because you have contestants (Courtney, Jonathan) talking back to Jeff when he does commentary. Or you also have contestants changing tactics (see F7 cook islands reward challenge) because Jeff blurted something out.

Isn't most of the challenge playbyplay just added in post production?
I think the challenge play by play, was added in post production during pre-ASS seasons (when Jeff was talking about certain rules), but definitely not after Vanuatu.
