I wasn't liking this episode a'tall, but that last scene more than made up for any weaknesses this season. Intense.

This show while showing signs of age, still has those moments that pack a punch. I do need for this season to be over, whatever happens.

This was my favorite ep of the season. Dexter finally kills, bitchface shot her head off, Trinity being amused by the pics of his kills...and the ending.
Deb continues to impress me this season. I'm ready for the finale and for them to regroup. Didn't like Batista and La Guerta getting married. I think she won't either. |

From the previews, Deb tells Dex about Laura Moser. SO I think Deb is going to find out about Dexter and his dark passenger. Or something along those lines.
And Arthur is getting the needle.
Anyhow great episode, not on the edge of my seat as much other episodes have done for me, but still so good! |

I was literally getting ready to post on here about 15 mins. before the end how much I didn't like the ep. - almost entirely because of the STUPID
LaGuerta-Batista storyline - then all the cool stuff happened.
I'm fairly convinced the 'twist' will have to do with Deb figuring out Dex to some degree. Dunno how or how much, but the paperwork there in the preview even pointed out that Moser was the mother of Brian and Dexter. I imagine she'll be able to piece THAT together, though I may be giving her too much credit.

hope Trinity's son helps Dex off the old man. I really want to know what happens to that family after all of this ends. I think Deb finds out about
Dex's mom but somehow she doesn't find out that Dex knows or some shit like that. She does find out that Dex and her ex were bros though. It's got
to be the beginning of Deb outing Dex over the last remaining seasons. To do it over one season would be lame.

It looks like Dexter is being arrested in the preview? WTF? Or misdirection? I was glad Dexter popped the neighbor. When he had no response to bitch face Rita.. I wasn't really upset either. He doesnt have feelings like that. I guess he thought he should go say something to the dude though. I love it when Dexter tries to be human.. LOL! Bautista and LaGuerta skeeves me out!! Please make it stop! |

Also from the preview, looked like Trinity "found" Dexter at Palm Terrace - but I'm guessing that's either an old listing or the D.Morgan
he's going to find there is Deb. Maybe he's looking for Deb or maybe he thinks he's found Dex.
Should be interesting. Really wish they hadn't shown Trinity getting the needle in the preview. Then again the episode title last night sort of spoiled what was going to happen - even though that last scene was brilliant with Trinity just gliding through the police station as if he were invisible and untouchable. I think this has been a really good season with moments as great as anything on the show and it's rounding out for a seriously big finish. |
