Do you think Foxy Knoxy is guilty?

It is impossible for a jury to find a person guilty in the way that is described in that article (The killer might as well be any passer by in the street). There has to be some facts there that were not mentioned in that article. Where can we find the actual documents (probably in italian)? Do you have a link to anything that would present other evidence? I admit to not having read up too much on this case, and I'd like to read the flip side. It's snowing here big-time and I have the time today. (have I mentioned that I'm a true crime nut?) As an aside, the Crime Library site on Court TV sucks royally. Facts are misrepresented all of the time.

Thanks, FacH. What was posted there can easily be refuted from the article I posted. And yeah, I was disappointed with crime library as well. I thought they were neutral until I read a few books and compared the stories against theirs. Fuckers.

You are a fucking idiot. You should check the facts before you spout shit from your pea brain. First, the victim was a student from England, she was not Italian. Second, it's proven she wan't interogated by the police for 41 hours. That's the bs her parents & lawyer started to get her sympathy for writing her confession. Even after the Italian supreme court threw that out, the stupid bitch wrote it again! There are many legit news sources out there if you want the facts, look them up. How you can act so outraged for this girl is beyond me. She may not have slit her throat but she certainly tried to cover up the crime scene. That alone says she was part of the crime. Her multiple lies and behaviour from the beginning made her a suspect. Innocent people do not act that way.
