You have it bad? My local affiliate assholes cut the show off right as the plane was about to crash so that the creepy child-molesting local weatherman could
inform us that it was snowing outside... just in case we lived in a house without windows or something.

Wisteria Lane is probably in the Southwest, considering it doesn't ever snow there and there's eternal sunshine. But really, it's anywhere you

I actually enjoyed the episode a lot. There were some really funny parts (my favorite was when Bree was trying to cover up Gabby and Lynette's fighting by
standing in front of them and singing). I'm glad to see Mona die, Katherine in a mental hospital, and possibly Orson being dead.

I thought for sure one of the gays was going to be axed. Every time an old character resurfaced I thought for sure they were going to die. I think I said about

Yeah, it's supposed to be a generic location.
To me, it's totally somewhere like Saratoga California, a fairly wealthy neighborhood. They may try to keep the "California" out of the equation, but it's there, in everything from the weather (almost endlessly sunny, but never really desert SW hot, or gulf muggy) to the attitudes...creeping in all over the place. They deliberately throw in some "this is NOT set in California" anvils at times though. They don't want a set location, because it limits things like Tornado episodes. |
