and merkly, for me, it was that I didn't want 4 more years of the same crap - I had been supporting Edwards, but his duplicity and cheating on his wife weren't something I could stomach. I liked several other Democratic candidates better than Obama. and back in 2000 I woulda had a hard time deciding between the McCain of that day, if he'd been the candidate, and Gore (might actually have gone with McCain) - Bradley was the candidate I preferred. |
