At the rate they both have been selling, Kris and Adam aren't covering themselves in glory. David Archuleta sold better than them, which should tell you something. |

To treat someone like a failure b/c they didn't live up to the hype that surrounded them on a television show, manufactured hype for ratings is unfair imo. Halfway to gold in this economy? Geez, NOW it's ok for you to say that selling like shit is good? However, when you really look at it with your rose colored glasses off, you'll see that so many other artists are selling like mad right now. Just face it - the public thinks he's a douchebag, too. With all that promo that he got, you'd think he (and Kris) could sell better. Looks like season 8 will be the worst season ever. Adam's AND Kris' sales suck. With the promotion they got, being the top 2 on Idol and actually having decent albums released around Christmas, they should be selling better. Failure for both of them. |
