Sugar was the first to do so in TC. Brendan didn't show his idol to everyone.. just said he had it. Like Ozzy in FvF... similar outcomes there.

When did Sugar do it? Was it right before she handed it to Matty? Yul announcing he had the idol didn't mean shit, he could play it after the vote. So it was in his best interests to let people know. You don't have to actually shoot anyone if they know you have a gun.

He basically called and bluffed at the same time, and if anyone was considering flushing the idol or Russ out of the game? He stared them down. Showing and not using seemed pretty gutsy to me. Perhaps not up to the hype, but probably because I had forgotten about the "fire" rumor (which is all over, not just in spoiler threads) I thought it worked as "bold."
