I tried to watch LOST when it premiered years ago. I was psyched for it. After 3 weeks I stopped. I didn't get it. That's not the kind of fantasy that
I like.

VTRealityAddict wrote:Nope, I already posted I am choosing Lost over Glee. And I am not watching Lost live because I think it will be cancelled. That's stupid. Lost will never be cancelled, as it was the show that revived ABC, AND IT'S THE FINAL SEASON! I don't think anybody ever said they thought Lost was in danger of cancellation. The reason I will watch Lost is because I cannot wait to see what is going to happen next and how they end the series. For me, it is abso-freaking-lutely MUST SEE T.V. I really enjoy Glee, but it can wait until after I watch Lost or until the next day. And, PUH-lease, Glee also is in NO DANGER of being cancelled. Glee is the best thing Fox has right now and they are not going to cancel it if it loses some live viewers to Lost next spring. |

I'm still on Lost season 3. One day, I'll catch up.

PinotEnvy wrote:I completely agree. Ratings shmatings- Glee is bringing tons of attention and $$$ to Fox. It will be winning a slew of end-of-year awards, or at least be nominated. I have been thinking recently, however, that Glee might lose a little of it's luster in a second season... The competition schedule could become a little repetitive. Luckily, the show has good writers. Finally, I've been listening to "Don't Make Me Over" and am absolutely impressed. Amber did a great job- it has a retro vibe unlike any of the other songs in the series so far. |

I'm choosing Lost over Glee, too, which means I can only watch Glee on hulu because my DVR refuses to tape it. I tried with two DVRs this week and they
both froze at the same spot. It's a problem with all Fox shows I figured out because I had the same prob with Dollhouse last night.
GRRR. I hate Time Warner but it's the only thing available in my building!

dashbrdparadise wrote: Finish the season. Once you hit the end of 3, the show takes off like a rocket and never slows down. I will watch Glee and then Lost, because after Lost I need to go online and read boards and look at easter egg analysis, and listen to Jay and Jack, etc. If I watched it first, I'd never get around to Glee. |

The 2nd half is sick as a whole and by the last scene you will be in it for the long haul for sure. And I am kind of with ya SI in terms of my logic. I figure I watch Glee first, then Lost right after. Anytime I try to watch Lost live I cannot resist posting, which takes away from my concentration on the episode, which takes away from my enjoyment of the episode. This actually works perfect for me now - watch Glee live then Lost with no commercial interuption. And I really don't think you are going to see either show drop that drastically ratings wise. For the record, Lost averages a very healthy 9 to 10 million a week and I don't see that dropping. Glee has been doing just shy of those stats and with the Idol lead in, I really doubt they will drop. Sure, there are many who watch both, but at their core, they aren't really the same demo. Plus, it sounds like for every two who are going to watch Lost, there is another who will watch Glee. They probably will split the middle. |

I stopped watching Lost at the end of Season 2 and I have no plans on picking it up again. I was already burned by the finale of Battlestar Galactica I'm
not getting burned again.

Gotta watch Lost live...after all, after next season you won't have the chance. Glee isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

I will also watch Lost live because everything that happens needs to marinate in my head. So I don't get, you know, LOST. Glee I can catch the next day,
when I need a bit of sunshine in my life because it's only Wednesday.

Lost for me us must-see-live TV. Glee used to be, but eh. When Lost ends maybe Glee can take its forum, but right now, Lost first.

With DVRs/VCRs so predominant in this country, they really should add those figures to the viewing poles. How many people actually watched it live AND
dvr'd it or just dvr'd it. I know that Ihave watched each episode of Glee at least 4 times because of my dvr. While 4 viewings might be a bit much to
add, they could assume a dvr'd program has at least one viewing or at one additional viewing if watched live.

Other asian, Mike Chang, has so much personality when he dances. I really hope they let him have a line or 2 when production starts for the spring season.
I also want another "Rehab" similar production from Vocal Adreneline please. I'm really glad Jonathan Graff is joining the cast to be in Vocal Adreneline. Hopefully we'll get more of their huge production numbers. |

More Facebook fun from Sue:
Sue Sylvester (GLEE) You're on notice, Congressman Jim Jordan (R) of Ohio's 4th District. If you don't play your cards right, you're going to face a fierce primary challenge in one Sue Sylvester. |

I suppose I'll be the only traitor watching LOST first.... Not at all. Even if I wanted to watch Glee live and watch Lost later, it wouldn't work becuase my dad calls all the time during Lost because he doesn't understand anything, lol.
