so I'm back.... I didn't get arrested or even hauled off by security! I was a good little girl and only shook his hand and told him that I admired him
for his honesty and integrity.
I did kind of rub his hand as we were standing there to get our picture taken and he linked his pinkie with mine and smiled at me.... he was very sweet and he's very tall.... and his eyes are more beautiful in person, if that's possible. The concert itself was total crap but I'd do it again just for the chance to shake Adam's hand... Oh.. his hands are very soft and touchable... and he's got the sweetest smile ever when you give him a compliment. that's it... no pictures or videos sadly cuz I'm a techno fail and forgot to charge my camera. The radio station took pictures but I'm not sharing mine with anyone around here LOL interesting thing is that over 800 people lined up to meet Adam. He had by far the most people in his line of any artist and he wasn't even performing. It was really cool to see how diverse his fans were... |

Thanks for sharing - I'm glad you got to meet him! I read somewhere that no one was allowed to bring in cameras anyway.
Just let us know if you end up on the radio station pics and we'll try to guess which one is you.... :) I wonder why he was not scheduled to sing at any of these jingle balls. Seems like Kris and Allison were booked just a few weeks prior? Or maybe I'm confusing a booking with an announcement. But in any event, I wonder why Adam's team did not get him booked and I also wonder why they didn't release a single earlier. Did they think he would have instantaneous success and would not need to release a single or work the radio stations a la Susan Boyle? In any event, I hope his sales slowly build back up. In the meantime I'm enjoying hearing WWFM regularly on the radio! |
