I agree Carboys. It was a nasty-assed mess. Nothing good except Taylor's kicking & twirling at the beginning.

He was a nervous mess... his nervousness broadcasted his gayness as well.
The show was a total fail. Worst episode in years... a definite career-ender for gay wolf-boy. I miss the late 80's/early 90's when SNL was always funny and handled their hosts correctly. They would never have outed a host like they did on this episode. |

They need a bigger cast. 15-20 people....and they need more diversity (even if that means just ONE asian person and ONE spanish person and ONE black female). Keep Fred Armisen - for 1-2 "transition seasons" Bill Hader - for 1-2 'transition seasons' Kristen Wigg - for the indefinite future Kenan Thompson - for the indefinite future Jason Sudeikis - for 1-2 'transition seasons' Abby Elliot - for indefinite future Nasim Pedrad - for indefinite future Bobby Moynihan - for indefinite future ADD: 10 castmembers 6 women and 4 men For the women add (types...from what we have already seen on SNL or otherwise): A "Ellen Cleghorne" type A "Cheri Oteri" type A "Debra Wilson" type A "Molly Shannon" type A "Mary Gross" type A "Alex Bornstein" type For men: A "David Spade" type A "Eddie Murphy" type A "Bobby Lee" type A "Will Ferrell" type These people are out there....they need to get people like stars of the past and stop trying to "find" people...it isn't working...they need some better footing and need to try something drastic. |

There is no need to keep Kenan Thompson or Will Forte any longer. Armisen I dunno. I like him, but they should murder Nicholas Fehn.

I'm surprised to see all the Taylor Lautner hatred. I thought he was pretty great actually, better than the past few 'talents'. He was more than
willing to poke fun at himself, make stupid faces, and actually learn his lines! I know, the bar is set pretty low. The material he had to work with wasn't
so great.
Best sketch of the night does to the doorbell commercial, BY FAR.

Face it, SNL is due for cancellation. It's over. 35 years is a fantastic run and the thought of another five years is tedious.

No, I think this Taylor's episode was far worse and I think most of it was the horrible writing and sketches. On the plus side, I could see Lautner throw
himself into the characters he was given. But that's about it... The Love sketch was not bad. As was the doorbell sketch. And I did laugh at the Reba
reference. Other than that, meh.
