JaimeCat why are you so pro Mick? Your attitude has changed now that you realize Natalie is winning the game. The reason she has 9 confessionals thus far is
because she is boring as shit. Who gives a fuck who wins the game, bottom line the show is about entertainment; the reason why Coach was the star of Tocantins
and not JT (dull guy) and Sugar was the star of Gabon as opposed to Bob.
Bad news for you on S20 Colby will get minimal confessionals in a season with Rupert/Coach/Russell/Boston Rob etc. Editing is not kind to boring people |

I don't care if Colby gets confessionals. As long as he goes shirtless for the entire season I'll be happy. Oh, and I'm not "pro Mick". I think he's boring as fuck, just like Natalie. Don't confuse picking someone to win with wanting them to win. They're two different things.

my mother is a casual viewer and at the begining of the season she hated him, called him a creep etc, but now she wants him to win. She says he deserves it.
Back when the tribes first merged she said "i hope he sticks around and is a thorn in there side." My mother has always been the kind of viewer taht
roots for the nice guys and hates the jerks even if the jerks are playing the best game so if shes changed her opinon of russel and who should win im sure many
other casual viewers have as well.

Russell reminds me of the wrestler I used to watch when I was a little kid, Stone Cold Steve Austin. None of you will get that reference but their character
development is surprisingly similar, especially in terms of popularity. At first people hated the guy because he was vile and repugnant and over the top. Then
people started to get used to his shtick and found him sort of refreshing. They liked the in your face, never say die attitude. Then people loved him because
he was representative of the type of person everyone is deep down or at least wants to be, one hundred percent out for yourself (or your family), tell it like
it is, don't give a flying fuck about anyone but yourself. In the game of survivor Russell plays like a badass with nothing to lose and at the very least
he earns your respect. I don't like the guy, but I respect the way he plays. Of course it may be easier for someone as wealthy as he is to play this way. I
will never understand how people can pretend to give a fuck about anyone on that island, hello you're playing for a million dollars for yourself and your
familiy. I guess I would be the biggest villian of all time if I went on this show because I would openly root (in confessionals) for people to get sick and
injured.

I stopped watching wrestling years ago, but if I were to compare him to a wrestler I'd say he's like Rowdy Roddy Piper, the guy everyone loved to hate.

Not that this is proof of Natalie winning, but EW has given her the best odds at taking home the prize and they are generally pretty good at this. They called
it another "Amber/Boston Rob" story. They pegged Todd as the winner when everyone said Amanda.

On the gambling thingy it means Natalie is prohibitive favorite. You could bet 100 bucks on Shambo to win and if you hit it you would win 375. If you bet on
Natalie to win and wanted to win a 100 bucks you would have to bet and risk losing 125. When they are in the negative numbers like that you must bet more money
to win less if that makes any sense to you. Just looking at those odds it appears someone has some friends they have told and they all bet the max on Natalie
to win. If you remember I had been told earlier this season about the people in California being pals and going out together. That link I posted was not from
the same source who told me earlier. So I guess this is yet another time they were out together. I agree that it does not mean Erik voted for or against Mick.
Its just odd CBS allows certain players to mix and mingle and have their pictures on blogs and another certain player post a picture of herself on a message
board on a Thursday and say she was on her way to kick some Foa azz without as much as a phone call to them about it.

The odds only really matter if there is a betting scandal, which there isn't this season. If bets in the thousands or tens of thousands of dollars were all
coming from a single location, it's a big tipoff that someone blabbed information about the outcome.
It happened during Pearl Islands. These are just the usual betting odds and Natalie just happens to be the favorite right now. |

It also happened during S12 with Horsielle. Of course she ended up losing that season anyway.
The fact that they're still taking bets for S19 means that no exorbitant amount of money has been placed on any single contestant. Otherwise they would have shut down betting. |
