That's was pretty much Taj's attitude too As with Shambo, people don't respect a member of their tribe who flips and costs them the game. They hate them as a traitor. As far as I know, no flipper has ever won a jury. vote. Timbira actually were a tribe of Shambos. Coach and Brendan both flipped on a significant portion of their tribe, and probably couldn't win against JT or you for the same reasons that Erinn couldn't.

He berated the men for losing to a tribe of women, constantly made fun of them, and when they got to Tribal Council, he asks them all leading questions about who the hottest girl is and stuff and then berates them for thinking about who the hottest girl is! Then the women get to TC on day 6, STILL WITH NO SHELTER, and he just coddles them! He did the same thing in Vanuatu. The first two challenges were fucking balance beams, and he would not stop dissing the men for losing. He even made snarky comments in the first RC about how up close and personal the guys were getting. That and every time a guy would take his clothes off, Probst would ALWAYS say "Nobody wants to see that!" Homophobic asshole.

I'm pretty sure that Taj, JT and Tyson would have been solid Stephen votes though. Taj and JT would have voted for their buddy Stephen, regardless of him backstabbing them... I think both would have thought of the first 7 days they spent together, rather than the Last two days. Tyson, the most strategic player on Timbira would understand Stephen's PoV, and would be very likely to vote for him. Brendan... I'm not so sure... He could go either way, but I think that he'll rather vote for the person who DID blow up the Exile Alliance, but played the best strategic game nontheless, over the person who alienated herself from her tribe on Day 7, and then betrayed her Tribemates (including Brendan) by flip-flopping to the other Tribe, giving them the number to pagong Timbira. Ultimately, I think Brendan's vote will rely the most on whoever gives the most convincing Jury speech, which most likely is Erinn... however, my gut feeling says he would vote Stephen. Here's what I think in short: Brendan: Either, most likely Stephen Tyson: Stephen Sierra: Erinn Debbie: Either, most likely Erinn Coach: Erinn JT: Stephen Taj: Stephen So IMO, the three most plausible scenarios are: 1) Stephen wins 5-2 (Votes of Brendan, Tyson, Debbie, JT and Taj) 2) Stephen wins 4-3 (votes of Brendan, Tyson, JT and Taj 3) Erinn wins 4-3 (Votes of Brendan, Sierra, Debbie and Coach) Coach hated Erinn and was one of the least bitter jurors. In fact, as soon as he walked in to F4 tribal council, he smiled at me and JT to let us know he understood. But realistically, Taj and I were the only people in Tocantins who liked Erinn. Didn't they like each other at the end? That's why she voted for you instead of Sierra. Stephen has given his perspective on it - so be it. It is certainly a biased perspective and is a direct result of trying to explain why he would beat Erinn if they were F2. But there are many discrepancies in his viewpoint. For instance, why would Timbira be mad at Erinn flipping after the merge when she was not in ANY of their alliances and was just a vote for them until her vote was no longer required ? And why would they not vote for Erinn in the F2 because of this so-called "betrayal" when apparently they had no such reservations about voting for Stephen and JT, despite their repeated "betrayals" ? As I mentioned before, Sunshine and Lollipops Debbie could not hate ANYONE in Tocantins, so lets dismiss that rhetoric right away. Sierra and Erinn made up before Sierra was booted. So what if Sierra made fun of Erinn at Ponderosa - she and others probably made fun of every player until they arrived at Ponderosa as another "loser". No big deal. Coach's votes at TC were shown pretty much every episode and he had nothing but good things to say about Erinn when he voted for her at F5. He recognized that she had done well to last that long into the game and respected her for it. Coach had less-than-good things to say about Brendan and Sierra (twice) when he voted them out. Coach is certainly a possible vote for Erinn if Stephen boots JT Warrior at F3. After all, that was Coach's whole (misguided) philosophy in Tocantins. Brendan said Erinn was not valuable when doing the puzzles in challenges, yet somehow Erinn was ALWAYS selected to partcipate in the puzzle portion of the challenges. Go figure, eh ? And as Probst confirmed in the second TC for Timbira, Erinn was leading their tribe to victory until Brendan and others screwed it up. Erinn herself has acknowledged her weak social game in Timbira during early-season confessionals. The other Timbiras developed allies and friendships but that can hardly be translated into "hate" for Erinn, other than Coach, who pretty much hated everyone not in his alliance, and Tyson, who pretty much hated everyone. Perhaps Stephen is refering to Erinn pumping up this "hate" as part of her strategy for Stephen and JT to keep her and take her to the endgame. Finally we have Stephen stating that the betrayed Timbiras had no problem with the betrayals, but only had a problem with being voted out before Erinn. First, this is hearsay. Second, it probably was said in a joking manner. Can you imagine Alicia and Tom and Kathy and Lex telling Mariano that they had no problem with the betrayals except that they were voted off before Jenna and Rupert (and ShiiAnn in some cases) ? Third, if Erinn posts here ever, what's to stop her from saying that many jurors told her that she would have received their vote if JT or Stephen had betrayed each other at the F3. This is obvious speculation, but that doesn't mean it didn't actually happen. P.S. A quick question for Stephen about the F4 IC in Tocantins. How the heck did the puzzle bag retrieval portion of the challenge work, with eight spider legs and only three bags to collect. Were all the legs not used ? Were some legs used only for racing to the puzzle bags and other legs used only for racing back to the puzzle board ? Did some spider legs lead to dead ends ? Was there a part of the challenge that was edited out, like the tug-of-war in the "dizzy balance beam" challenge ?

Remove this ad lol sorry Oo but it looks like you're grasping at straws here... let's face the facts here: no one liked Erinn on Tocantins besides Candace, Joe, Stephen, and Taj. That doesn't necessarily mean that everyone HATED her, but I'm of the camp that thinks so. Her social game was AWFUL pre-merge and there was no way she was making up for it in the end, especially after turning on Timbira (which was the right thing to do btw). You know it as well as everyone else here does that when tribes merge there's a sense of "tribal loyalty". It may not be a fair thing to be bound by such a standard, but that's Survivor. Erinn was expected to remain loyal and she didn't. Tyson/Coach obviously hated her. As noted, Brendan didn't respect her. And yes, Debbie is just that awesome and isn't a hateful person, but you can't sit here and say that Erinn had an equal shot of getting her vote as opposed to certain other people in the tribe, because they were not close where as Debbie was closer to a lot of other people. This is obvious speculation, but that doesn't mean it didn't actually happen. lol then maybe your post should be taken to the spec forum, since I think Stephen is trying his best to tell us facts based off of his perspective being out there and playing with those folk.

Stephen is reporting what Coach, Debbie, etc. actually said to him. She could have been the dragon, the dragon slayer, solved every challenge puzzle in world record time, done handstands/cartwheels/backflips to win every other challenge and that label would still be part of their perception of her. Even for Debbie. Agree with JaMalle and AO, Stephen's perspective is based on actual and very successful experience in the game; I see some things differently than Stephen but I'd never dismiss knowledge and insights gained on his experience as biased or self-serving rhetoric. If Timbira came to the merge with a 5-4 advantage and then Erinn flipped on them, then THAT would be an example of "betrayal". In Tocantins, Erinn didn't flip on anyone - the Timbira Five flipped on themselves. "Erinn was lucky to still be in the game due to Jerry's boot". Ummm, okay ?? I can see FTC now - sorry Erinn, despite your solid gameplay post-merge and your streak of IC wins and your rescue of the orphans from the burning school house and the fact that you're sitting next to someone who betrayed pretty much everyone on the jury, we cannot vote for you because you're "lucky" to still be in the game. Taj said she would've voted for Erinn, and I think, other than her, Tyson is the only juror who would've voted on gameplay, so that's potentially four votes.
