Oh god, don't f**king remind me of all the snubs of The Wire. They should have won so many Emmy's/GG for Best Drama, writing, and acting.

Battlestar Gallactica being snubbed isn't surprising since these shit ass award shows don't show ANY love for Sci-Fi/Fanstasy type shows in general.
That's the reason I'm not holding my breath that True Blood has an actual chance.
They'll give it to that boring shit Mad Men like they always do every year. |

The movie nominations suck for the most part. An Education was totally snubbed in many categories. I mean, Inglourious Basterds? Yes, it's thoroughly
enjoyable but also self-indulgent. I'm pissed this %%!! Emily Blunt is suddenly taking Abbie Cornish's position as the potential fifth nominee. And
Tobey Maguire over Jeremy Renner is a travesty. I'm also disgusted on so many levels how Ponyo is continously snubbed for shitty American movies.
I love the TV nominations except the glaring Damages snub, and no Michelle Forbes/Jennifer Carpenter. Dexter, True Blood, or Big Love should easily win Best Drama. Dexter just wrapped up an amazing season with an ending that will be talked about for months, and True Blood has quickly become iconic in just its second season <3. But of course there's always that Mad Men problem. The best surprise is Chloe Sevigny. She was robbed at the Emmy's and completely owned the last season of Big Love. |

Where is Elizabeth Mitchell from Lost? She should have been a lock for supporting actress. That finale episode performance from her was the best I have ever
seen on TV. And I love Michael Emerson, but I thought his character was kinda pointless and weak this year. But he's the only Lost nominee, so I have to
root for him.

Elizabeth Mitchell does keep getting snubbed. Her portrayel of Juliet ever since she came on the scene in Lost has been absolute perfection!

Yeah Sci-Fi shows are usually snubbed (see: Buffy), but it's no big deal, they have their own awards show anyway lol. That sci-fi award show thing, I
forget the name.

The nominations are completely surprising in both TV and Movies IMO. Everyone predicted Meryl and Sandra to get nominated, but to be double nominees takes a
lot of people by surprise, especially since "It's Complicated" and "The Proposal" are your average chick flick movies. I'm really
glad "Inglorious Basterds" is picking up steam though. It was one of the best movies of 2009 and deserves to be recognized.
As far as TV goes, Lea Michele won't win against Toni Collette or Edie Falco. You can point to America Ferara's win, but "Ugly Betty" was lot stronger when it first premiered. And very upset BBT was snubbed. Jim Parsons is BRILLIANT. |

How in hell was Breaking Bad snubbed COMPLETELY? Pia Zadora has a Golden Globe. Just sayin. |
