All Nikki is missing are thigh-high boots and a riding crop.

Tabs tried to give everything a positive spin there at the end but it was a totally lost cause. If Nikki is "so done with them", then close the fuckin' shop. No, no, instead I hope Suzie, the stylists and all the sylists' customers quit, en-masse.


Edited to add: I don't think I have to revise that statement because it still holds true. In real life, you don't always have a happy ending because there are some people who have bricks for brains. They won't listen or make changes no matter what even if it would be to their benefit. Nikki is a case in point.

Even though she threatened to close the salon, she'll never do it because she's a closet sadist. She finds perverse pleasure in making others miserable and the salon gives her the perfect opportunity to do that. She's actually addicted to spreading misery so, unfortunately, there was no way she was going to change nor was she going to keep any of the changes that gave her employees the least bit of happiness. Rather sad, really. Especially for the employees.

I doubt that "attaboy's" are only a US thing. There is something seriously wrong with you if you have to make everyone else's life miserable just to make yourself feel good. And that's Nikki. She's completely fucked up in the head.
