Cases uploaded daily (and right now, the second case is usually a repeat from earlier this season and those cases are on the user's page as well). It really is a great channel and you can get a daily fix of Judy all the time. :)

You are not....yet every chance you get you see something saying New York or they show scenes of the hussle bussle of the city as they are going to break. I just really hate how phony it is. The episode when she was in the earthquake ran like this: JJ asking a question, shaking ensued, they cut to commercial showing a busy NYC street with taxi's and NYPD traffic cops. 2. I hate how JJ never changes physically. It's good for her but they get away with showing cases that are from 2005.....2003....even a case from 2002 I saw last month.....almost 8 years old! Idk its just annoying to me..... Everything else...well...I completely love her. Howard Stern uses a JJ sound board and calls people up: JJ: "Hello" Person: "Hello" JJ: "I want you to answer me the questions I am asking you....and NOTHING else....SPEAK when you are SPOKEN to!" Person: "Excuse me!" JJ: "I want you to speak slowly and speak clearly so that I can understand you" Person: "Excuse me! Who the hell is this?" JJ: "I want you to answer my question. My question is...how long were you incarcerated"

This has next to nothing to do with your post, but you just reminded me of the earthquake episode. Judge Judy totally peaced out while the plaintiff and defendant were just standing there like "WTF IS GOING ON!?!?"

That defendant should never have allowed this thing to be tried in small claims/JJ mediation. $5,000 for wrongful death! That woman leaving the keys in the car and letting her 14 year-old drive it on the property is classic negligence. A jury might have awarded that defendant $1 million+ on her counterclaim.

In a criminal case, the prosecution has to show that the defendant is guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt." That's a higher standard to meet (harder to satisfy) than the standard in a civil case. In a civil case, the plaintiff just have to show that the defendant is liable by a "preponderance of the evidence" (more likely than not; 50.1%). A famous example is when OJ was found liable in civil court even though they had pronounced him innocent in criminal court. Because it's easier to meet the civil threshold, the two decisions are not contradictory.

I doubt any of those people know each other.

Remove this ad They probably know each other from being in the audience of this show so often. I notice they have the same people sitting there time and time again. The girl krumper from the last season of SYTYCD Canada has been in the audience at least half a dozen times in recent weeks.
