Actor in a Motion Picture
Looks like this will be the official list come Oscar nominations are out. I'm very happy with this. Actress in a Motion Picture Again the five listed are definitely the front runners. Too bad for Abbie Cornish though, looks like Sandra Bullock is taking her place. Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture Boo! Switch Matt Damon and Stanley Tucci for Anthony Mackie (The Hurt Locker) and Alfred Molina (An Education) then we are all set. Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture V. v. happy for Diane Kruger. Too bad her nomination means Melanie Laurent had to give in. I was seriously hoping for a Mariah Carey (Precious) nomination to f*ck evertyhing up. this race is getting boring. But hey, if the movie is a front runner, Mariah may actually pull it off. Think Queen Latifah (Chicago). Snubs: Anna Paquin - True Blood The entire cast of Big Love Jane Lynch - Glee Jim Parsons - The Big Bang Theory The entire cast of LOST WTF?! Nominations Tony Shalhoub Charlie Sheen Christina Applegate - I love her and and the show but seriously the second season was so weak.
