Why does Vanessa's model look so familiar?

Vanessa was such a trainwreck, as always. (<3!)

I really, really like this show. Maybe because it's not nearly as pretentious as The Fashion Show was/PR became?

Every designer other than Marilyn should have had their lines cancelled for the atrocities they put out tonight. Ewww!
Part of the problem was that the challenge was too involved. The animal inspiration would have been enough without also insisting that it be one piece but not a dress. And as for the rules, I don't get it. Marilyn made a point of mentioning that her belt was attached so it counted as one piece, but she also had that stupid rose headdress. And others had belts that I presume were not attached, as well as other accessories (the DJ's necklace springs to mind) that could count as separate pieces. And Merle's appeared to zip into separates. What constitutes one piece? |

The rose headpiece was an accessory and not part of the garment. Same wih the others. They are still allowed to style the garment...like Patrick's green
boa. They only mentioned the headpiece cuz it was so distracting, I think. But whatever the challenge sucked.

I don't know why you people are so hung up on the hours thing. That's including sleep and meals and interviews and whatever else. It's not a lot of
time.

I liked the way that one guy's dress almost showed ass.

I would love to know what Patrick's was intended to look like before they had to chop it to shreds when they discovered that the model had a big ass...

Every week they get it dead fucking wrong on who wins the challenge. They pick the most generic design. I thought Merle or Marilyn had it in the bag but with
their awful taste they'll end up picking something completely dull.

They had the model's measurements beforehand.

Carboys Desire wrote: Wrong person. It was Marilyn (with the tarantula-inspired design) who made the comment. The zebra belt was made by that jewelry designer. She said nothing about the belt being attached, and I have no idea whether it was or wasn't... |

And those measurements are not always accurate. |

Glad they got rid of that guy...I don't even remember his name. Tony? I couldn't see Vanessa or Patrick leaving yet. There are a couple other dull ones to go. Can't stand Louella or Louann or whatever her name is. Peg <3 |

Those two flamers might have a viable concept:
"HOA, Inc." Meaning? Hint of Ass They could start a line of perfumes to go with it. |

Just read this thread for the first time in a while. Horrible challenge. I actually love JEwelry woman, though, so not upset with the win.
And way back when you all were talking about how much time they get? It's the same as PR... Two days. Generally 48 full hours. Only diff is they don't, apparently, make them go home at a certain hour... though most of them seem to, anyway. Oddly, I am liking this show, minus D Squared and the bland hag judges. Vanessa is actually quite entertaining, and PAtrick's utter normal-ness at times is shocking (with the scary exterior). |
