1. Natalie (Partner in Crime)
2. Shambo
3. Jaison (Partner)
4. Laura (It was evident they had it out for each other.
5. John (They had their important scenes together)
After this its shaky because it was just the suspicon talk
- Dave, Brett, Monica, Mick

The last four and Erik&Kelly have not had their Russell relationship explored that much

One nice thing about this season is that there are many, many loose ends that can be taken in many ways. And I learned way back in Marquesas that a jury can do whatever the heck they want, and out of emotions other than admiration. Take Jaison. We know from the Ben and Erik episodes that Jaison has a somewhat refined sense of decency and morality and has articulated it many times. From this, would he respect Russell and admire his deviousness, or vote against him? And when Jaison came back from the reward (where he was most agreeable to the "Brett or Mick boot" strategy offered by RH), he immediately demanded that Shambo be booted instead. Jaison is not exactly a wild card. His decisions and feelings have been the most cogently articulated all along of any of them. RH does a LOT of narrative, but it is almost uniformly boastful. So with all this in mind, the idea that Jaison and RH are Partners is not as clearly defined, and with Jaison's history of taking legitimate offense, the idea that he would vote for RH over Mick is questionable. Yeah, when they're with each other Jaison says, "You and me to the end," but many of his actions and demands suggest otherwise. And you haven't heard any sort of worries about Jaison from RH. Sounds to me like J is more in control of that "partnership." Like I said, you can take it both ways.

I am still not 100% convinced that any of them face the jury, notably RH. Yes, even my MickPick.

We assume Natalie is not on the jury. But if she is, would she vote for RH? Doubtful.

And those 3 scenes you cite, SFC - - It was the fact that RH told Mick about his wealth and position that Blake was referencing as evidence of some level of trust between them. The fact that Jaison repeated the wealth info to others doesn't change this fact : There is a relationship between the two. And it's interesting: RH seems to trust Mick, but views the fact that he's trustworthy and a good guy as a threat. Mick OTOH simply doesn't trust RH. WHo has the upper hand? We shall see.

Another question - who do you think has the best chance of giving a great FC or a bad one?

Jaison - articulate, calm. Could do great. Chances of crapdom? Probably small.
Brett - will play up his David v. Goliath, survived the only way he could, and he's talking to Galus. Chances of crap? Unknown. We don't know him very well.
Mick - calm, as an ER MD works well under pressure. Chances of good FC: Okay. Must define himself and how he did this without giving credit to others. He's begun doing this in recent TC's, very subtly. Chances of crap? good also. I wonder how the whole "leadership" thing will come back into play, if at all. THis was the first season that a "tribe leader" was so clearly defined. And nobody has ever seemed to have this as a negative for Mick! It's remarkable, actually. The only thing remotely similar to this is the Sacred Stone in Vanuatu. It disappeared after a few eps and then came back in the finale. This could either be a big P for Mick or a big N.
Natalie - Must get out from under the impression that she was dragged to the finish. IF she brings up religion, it's potentially dangerous. Must do the somewhat dangerous task of telling the Galus that she was the mastermind behind getting Erik out, which started the ball rolling. Is sweet, is kind. But that may appear as weak. She must try and be more than a "Not Russell" selection. It's a touchy situation. You cannot tell based on the vitriole of the questions how they're going to vote - juries are asked to be combative and antagonistic. If people seem to be angry at RH, to say you're not like him might be misreading the jury. THey might be egging him on to see how much he'll defend his play, or be truly angry. Nat (and the rest of them) must read the emotions behind the questions and hopefully gauge how to answer accordingly.
RH - Dangerous ground for him. If he basically says, it's all me,and you were pawns, he might get some resentment, because it was clear that although he was the driving force it wasn't all him. Honesty sways votes, but unfortunately can sway them either for you or against you. He made promises to many of the jury and broke them. Will they respect him, or just see a pattern of dishonesty when it wasn't even necessary? He needs to be very matter of fact, because any semblance of "I got you, you idiots" will result in a backlash. Chances of good: Okay. He has the story, but does he have the ability to gauge how to say it to people he's trying to manipulate once again? They'll know that's what he does. If the jury is convinced that he's conning them again he won't win. If he is able to be matter-of-fact and mildly humble, he can pull it off. To me the type of question that can throw him is if he talks about other players in totally dismissive tones, like 99% of his confessionals. If he can give modest credt to others - just enough to not sound like a completely arrogant prick - it will help immensely.

The wild card is that the jury will have either 8 or 9 Galus. If it's eight, it's very likely that Brett will win, and the thermonuclear edgic blowup option becomes apparent. But chances are it will simply be an all-Galu jury. Based on the above non-edgic analysis, I would think that Jaison has the best chance, Mick/Nat/RH are behind him with tons o' variables. My favorite finale option: J,M, and N in a 3-way tie. That would probably be the best edgic explanation for this season.
