God I hate when people think massive airtime = amazing gameplay. Anyone who thinks Russell is the best player ever is a complete moron.

There's a difference between playing hard and playing well. People who play hard, like Russell, will always be entertaining to watch, but they won't
necessarily win. When Probst makes his usual jury-launching speech about the power shifting to the jurors, those words still mean something, and the people who
play well take note of that. The best player ever would be able to play hard (and thus be interesting) while playing well at the same time.

Russell won't lose because he "played too hard." It's not as if he backstabbed too many jurors, like Rob M.
John and Shambo, his Galu friends, will probably vote for him despite being sent home early. Russ's problem is that the majority True Purple Galus never liked him much on a social player. He made a very BAD first impression and struck out strategically in the merge episode. He inspired loathing in Marisa and Betsy, so no surprise if the Galu women feel similarly. Meanwhile he is facing a very strong social player in Natalie. In fact, he depended on her to socially infiltrate Galu at the merge and it payed off in the Erik boot. She has religious bonds with Laura and Brett. And if Natalie wins the Final IC, she can also play the strong in challenges card over him. Remember, Kelly W and Clay both got 3/4 votes from the other tribe, based on social factors. Richard and Brian needed a 3-0 vote sweep from their own tribe to win. This time 8/9 jurors are the other tribe, so even a Clay could beat a Brian. But Natalie is better than Clay.

Probst thinks Russell played the "strongest, most aggressive" game this season. "But if you don't win your game," he adds, "I don't think you can be called 'Survivor"s best player ever." Once again, Probst speaks the truth! |

For once I agree with Probst. |

Russell didn't really backstab anyone. It's not like Laura or John ever really had a strong alliance with Russell. They knew he would eventually be out
to get them. Russell has only eliminated Galu members since the merge. Perhaps one could say that he backstabbed Shambo, but she didn't seem bitter about
it and looked like she was playing for fifth anyway, so she knew she was next if Brett won Immunity. It's not that Russell didn't play hard. It's
that Foa Foa operated as a unit and Mick and Natalie can take the credit for almost as many of Russell's moves as he can. Natalie, at least, has the edge
of having built solid relationships with the Galu women, Dave, and Brett. I'd like her to win, and I'm optimistic that she will, but after China and
Micronesia I don't want to put all my support behind female frontrunners.

From the reactions from Jury, I think most of them are fans of Russell

So if this Insider has dropped who Final 3 is then why don't they come & tell us who wins?
WHO WINS? come out & play Insider I want to know. |

Russell will still belong among the Top 10 Best who didn't win.
I'd sure want him on my tribe going into the merge, if we were even or behind. |

The best player of all time is BRIAN HEIDIK, no doubt about it. Leadership by example, hard worker, carried his tribe at challenges, double deals with everyone in his tribe yet they still voted for him. He played the whole game like a business trip which is what Survivor should be treated as; loved his cold, calculating, serial killer vibe. A true villian, he never showed a scintilla of emotion and constantly put women down, lol. Other good winners are: Richard Hatch, Tom Westman, Yul Kwon, Todd, Parvati (the only good female winner, must be why she's so popular though it did take her two tries) Russell isn't even a top ten player. |

Is it Final 2 or 3?
IF Nat makes it to Final 2 with either Mick or Russ then I don't see her getting over either of them. I wonder if Mick brings up the Russ being a millionare part which could play for him or against him imo not sure which though with this jury. lol |

It seems like everything is pointing to Natalie. Probst's hints, spoilers, her story, everything. But I have this horrible feeling that Mick wins.

I hope Mick wins he's played a good under the radar game. Still surprised/impressed he managed to avoid a Russell target early on, pre merge

Watching Russ act like he has won this already before even talking to the jury is amazing, I mean my god it could be Nat or Mick imo.
