It could have been worse.
Jaison could have won. Or Mick.
So true... so true... I think Jaison would've been worse than Mick.

I may have loved her journey in Micro (Vanuatu is meh) but she needs to grow the fuck up and deal that yes, people exist in this world that enjoy Jesus, hate Shambo, and enjoy being compared to Sarah Palin (Laura). Her comments on people like Laura, JOHN (LOL!), and Natalie just re-enforce her complete lack of objectivity and instead highlight the pathetic and flagrant socio-identity politics that define her life. |

The one decision I think he will always regret is not keeping his word to Brett and forcing a tie between Brett and Mick. I know he feared that Brett would win and would go to the F3 as a jury favorite, but it was a 50/50. If Brett had lost the tie breaker, he would probably vote for Russell to win and convince other jurors to vote with him. It was a longshot, and I don't blame Russell for doing what he did, but now in retrospect, it might have worked out better for him. We'll never know. |

I can understand the Natalie win, UTR is always a good candidate for a win, but-what in the fuck are you people talking about Natalie being somehow in charge
of the Eric boot? She basically told the Galunatics she didn't trust him-but that vote is still all on the Galunatics. It had very little to do with
Natalie, and a whole lot more to do with the stupidity of the Galu group. Natalie and her Foa Foas were only 4 votes, so the idea of NATALIE being somehow
responsible for the Eric boot is ridiculous.

"Worst winner ever" thread being more than twice as big as "best winner ever" thread seething <3.

Also the whole "Natalie won, because the jury was bitter towards Russell" doesn't really work. If that was the only case, than you would definitely have some votes being thrown at Mick (I would argue more votes for Mick than Natalie, based on UTR males generally get more credit than UTR females). You wouldn't have all the votes go to Natalie. |

Dude, Eliza, big fan of being rational but John was not rational. If he had been able to flip Shambo back against FF after his laura fiasco, then his claims
would have had credence, but he had no such abilities and thus sealed Galu's fate in the game.

I don't care what anyone says, Ratalie sucked. Russell, by far, played the better game. All this social skills crap is irrelevant cause Ratalie rode
coattails.

seltzer3 wrote: Exactly. Mick being thrown in the mix shows that Natalie's win wasn't a fluke because the jury had a third option. And Amber was NOT the same thing as Natalie. Albeit very similar, but the difference is that Amber found herself a shield, and thought "Whatever, I can just just lie down now and not have to move or talk to people...." Natalie went out of her way to bond with people and cash in jury votes while Russell was thinking up of ways to become the ultimate mastermind. Amber simply banked on being less hated than Rob and she narrowly won because of it. |

I think they wanted a block vote and since the women (and Brett) intended on voting for Natalie, they didn't want to risk someone flipping, and the
Mick/Nat vote splitting and Russ accidentally winning.

What makes Natalie's win dissatisfying to me is that it didn't appear that she was even playing to win the game at all. Her motivation was just to get
as far as possible, and she would be grateful for whatever placing she managed to get. I'd be impressed if she was actually concientiously using Russell as
a shield and planning to win that way, but she never made any mention of that in confessionals - but she did state on numerous occasions that she'd do
whatever Russell would tell her to do, like some mindless drone. I'd like to be able to congratulate her, but she really didn't show much drive to win
- it just kind of happened.

The jury members are not allowed to discuss with each other who they are voting for each other. |

Russell made the right choice in not taking Brett. He would have been trampled by votes in a clean sweep.
Still, RATalie prevails over Russ. EPIC FAIL!! |

I'd be impressed if she was actually concientiously using Russell as a shield and planning to win that way, but she never made any mention of that in confessionals. Actually she did. On ep 3 or 4 she said she'd be forming bonds with people while Russell only focuses on getting to the end. I'll admit her jury performance was underwhelming and she sounded a bit clueless, but she knew what she was doing. |
