I almost never watched this show when it was originally on, and now it's my perfect late night fare. I don't get it, but it's addictive. |

i always loved that line roseanne said to darlene about serving the loose meat... "you will serve it and touch and kiss it and love it" or whatever

The episodes airing right now are when the show really hit it's stride. I love how funny everything got. Yesterday I was watching a Roseanne marathon on
Oxygen from around 1989 and the episodes were kind of lame and boring. Its unbelievable how good the show got around the 1992-93 season.

I always liked this show. Kinda reminded me of my own family. After my home was hit by a tornado in 2001, the tornado episode became one of my favorites.
I'd forgotten all about the episode until it aired in reruns.

I like the one where Rosanne made a wisecrack to her husband, then he got pissed off and sulked, but then they made up and the show ended up with them going
into the bedroom.

Trust me, the Maid Rite recipe cannot be duplicated. Those loose meat burgers are presents from the cow gods. Luckily, we have one just a few miles down the
highway. I can get a fix anytime I want.

Roseanne is one of the few people who had a LOT of plastic surgery and came out looking more normal.
Just sayin... I miss the days of a family sitcom filmed in front of a live audience.....TV is fucking up the world these days ..... |

One of my favs was on last night. (With TVLand showing them for like 6 hours a night, and it back on Nick at Nite for a few hours, you run through all 9
seasons like, every two weeks, it seems.) It was the one where Bev sells her share of the Lunch Box to Leon, and before she divulges that fact, Jackie is all,
"Rats! (pause) Rats! Rats! Rats!" when Bev says that she's leaving.
