Personally, I prefer to watch lions like Tom or snakes like Russel win. I don't like the long list of mice who have won. I prefer to see a player win it as opposed to having a bitter jury not vote for someone who beat them so badly. I don't think this is a game for mice.

Tom did play a very physical, strategic, and social game. He had a perfect balance.

Tom's dominate physical performance led to the perfect balance. He was never in a position like Russell. Tom's head was never on the block. Russell's head was tied to the stump and he escaped. Tom's challenge performance was so stellar, he never had worry about upsetting anyone on the social side. He was amazing! But, he never had to make any moves. So, he never had to risk anything on the social side. That probably makes him the best player of all time. I just don't think it was strategic game. It was a powerhouse game. He had it won before it started. He kicked your butt from the word "go." So, in my opinion, he never had to worry about strategy or the social side. He already had it all won. Russell, on the other hand, didn't have that kind of game. He had to make moves. He had to risk relationships. Natalie was smart enough to tuck in behind him. I just hope we don't see alot of that.
