The Galus voted off erik because they thought he was a snake,they couldn't trust him and also largely due to the fact that natalie planted the seed of
doubt in their minds.
They thought they still have the numbers (which is true) and they can afford to lose one of their own. The galus doesn't meant for themselves to self destruct. No one anticipated that russell will find the hidden idol a second time.Even if shambo flipped,the galus still have 6-5 and it should be russell going home instead of kelly. |

shambo seems to contradict herself. She says she did not turn on galu during her exit press interviews,then why did she admit that she was a traitor to everyone and in front of jeff during her final tribal council when she eventually got booted. John just chickens out because he doesn't want to draw purple rocks.The galus still have a fighting chance to stay alive but because of john,they lost to the foa foa. |

And I'm kind of sick and tired when everyone says galus is the stupidest tribe in history for getting rid of erik and turning on themselves.
The only people who turn on galu is john and shambo. When you entered the merge with a majority, you feel confident that you can loose one or two of your tribemates,but still managed to eliminate the other tribe completedly- africa boran getting rid of clarance, although boran almost lost because of lex wanting to getting rid of kelly ,but brandon stupidly hands over the power back to boran palau-tom and his tribemates booted off colby,one of their tribemate quit, before stephanie finally gets booted. The galus wanted to stay together till the end like other majority tribes does, but they just got screwed over by that stupid hidden idol thing. |
