The 26-track album is quite good, though not as good as my favorites Guatemala, Cook Islands, and China. I think Russ concentrated more on the
"everyday-life-snippets" BGM, thus there were only a few of the standard "fun island" and "immunity/reward challenge" themes. The
"Russell theme" tracks (yes, there were 2 of them) did not stand out that much for me. A few tracks that did stood out are "Sunrise",
"Ship Reward", "Majestic Reward", and my favorite "Samoa Tomeah", which is sort of the base vocals/chants in the theme, similar
to China's "Last Mile" track. I really dig it when Russ does these kind of tracks.

Does anyone know the name of the track/song that plays towards the end of Erik's jury speech? (when Natalie started to cry) Here's the video, it starts around 1:43. |

The theme is from Micronesia/Fans vs Favorites. Wonder if Russ will put together elements from the past seasons for HvsV just like in All-Stars...
