He is playing his own game in this season. He does know, however, that Cirie need to be knock out ASAP. The reaction may be the best of this season. Tom may even do the same with Sandra. Shane absolutely HATED Cirie. Beside, Cirie had no problem taking out a fellow firefighter, Joel, from Micronesia. Do you think Tom is going to allow that to happens again? No way. This time, the table had turn on the behalf of alpha dads and firefighters.

You say it isn't personal, but then you go on about it being for dads and firefighters why he ousts Cirie.......that sounds personal to me. Clearly, it isn't some big strategic move that makes his game better since he gets ousted at the next Tribal Council anyway.
