When Brett won immunity and Russell was telling Jaison that Mick would be going and told Mick that Jaison was going, why did Mick and Jaison so weakly accept
that neither Natalie or Russell could be the one going home? Were there any rules Mick and Jaison were operating under which said they couldn't vote
Russell off? And earlier than that, why didn't Monica (in my opinion one of the smartest players out there) orchestrate a blindside of Russell? Perhaps the
jury learned a lot from Jaison and that was why Mick didn't receive any votes.

Because Mick and Jaison really didn't do anything. But I think both of them though that they could beat Russell at final tribal.
Plus, if Russell went home he'd cry at FTC, and Jaison and Mick probably didn't want to listen to that. |

I wondered that as well. Why didn't Natalie, Mick and Jaison all gang up and blindside Russell when Brett won that immunity?
Did they *know* the jury would be so bitter that Russell could not win, and therefore see him as a good goat? If that's the case, then does that mean Russell was a huge asshole all through the game, and we didn't get to see all of it because of editing? |

Well Natalie wasn't going to vote Russell. She knew that Russell never stood a chance against her. Plus, as we saw in final immunity, Russel had the best
shot at beating Brett at a final immunity (especially because it's usually will/endurance.)

I sense that Natalie, Mick and Jaison didn't want to approach each other about blindsiding Russell because they were afraid whoever they approached would
then go to Russell. For example, if Natalie went to Mick, she'd be afraid Mick would then tell Russell and Russell would have Natalie sent packing. But
Brett had nothing to lose by trying to align with Monica, Natalie & Mick or Jaison to blindside Russell.

Why didn't Mick and Jaison blindside Russell earlier? As someone has already said, because they both wanted to be sitting at the Final Tribal Council next to him. Russell thought he was pulling his three goats Jaison, Natalie, and Mick to the finals when in reality the three of them were pulling him to the finals because he was the real goat. |

When Mick voted out Jaison he said that he had tried to approach Jaison a few times over the last 9 days or so to talk about strategy but Jaison had already
mentally checked out. And in post-game interviews Jaison had admitted he was too much about the team and wasn't thinking individually until it was too
late.
Plus Russell blabbed in spoilers that Mick had been thinking of flipping over to the Galu guys, but didn't have the numbers. So yes it's pretty much all Jaison's fault. |
