Reggie: *readjusts clothes and coughs* Well... that was... odd.
Julien: *grins a bit* Odd, huh? *strokes her hair* Reggie: I... I... don't know what else to say. That was entirely out of character for me... Julien: *nibbles on her ear, encircling her with his arms from behind* Admit it. You liked it. Reggie: *sighs and slips out of his grasp* Come on. We gotta get to the pitstop. Uh... AT, there are only 3 pattern combinations given by your clues- Striped, solid and flora.
Also, what are the colours of the 5 shirts? You only mentioned black, brown and olive. |

End Journey: The End Journey for this leg is Table Bay. It is one of the most used docks of Cape Town since its first rule from the Dutch. Table Bay is located at a geographically advantageous location for South Africans as it was easy to locate any enemy ships and attack them with relative ease. The Bay will also soon become a large beach spot popular among locals. For now, it serves as a way to observe the ocean and the changing tides of colonialism.

Divurging Interests: Hordes of Diamonds or Hordes of Dutch In this Divurging Interests, teams will have to deal with two new issues in the colony following a transition to British rule. Hordes of Diamonds: Teams must make their way to the Cape Town docks. Here they will help load boxes of diamonds recently found in Transvaal onto a container ship headed back to Britain. Intersected teams then must alternate loading boxes. First, both one team posts -Load Diamond Box (1)- and then in the NEXT POST the other team must post -Load Diamond Box (2)-. Loading will only work if the initial posts are CONSECUTIVE. Both teams must then wait about a minute or so. Then the team who loaded first will edit into their post -Load Diamond Box (3)-. When they edit their post IT MUST SAY at the bottom of the post: Edited 1 time. Then the other team loads a box. Repeat this pattern until 25 boxes have been loaded. Please inform via a post on the board when you are done uploading so I may check. You must have 25 lines of boxes combined (13 in 1 team, 12 in the other), have edited a total of 23 times and the second team has to be the last edit timewise. Only then will intersected teams receive their next clue. This task may sound complex, but teams who have effective communication will be able to finish quickly.
Hordes of Dutch: In Hordes of Dutch, teams must make their way to the Dutch settlement in District 4 of Cape Town. Here they will be greeted by a puzzle from the locals. They will receive the puzzle and each intersected team must answer their given questions. However, to solve the puzzle as a whole, intersected teams must work together. When they have an answer, they will give it to the locals. If they approve, they will hand teams their next clue. This task is only for intersected teams who have excellent logic skills. Those without deduction skills may find themselves here for a very long time.
Puzzle: There are five Boers getting ready for a harvest. Each Boer is predicting different weather conditions the day of the harvest and is choosing a dress shirt and patterned boots of different color combinations. There are 3 men (John, Matt and Tim) and 2 women (Karen and Sarah). Determine the color of the shirt, the color and pattern of the boots, and the weather prediction for each Boer 1. The Boer who wore a black shirt did not predict snow or rain. 2. Many Dutch commented on the whimsically printed tan boots and brown shirt combination. 3. The five Boers were: Matt, the woman who predicted high winds, the person in a black shirt, the man with striped boots, and the woman in an olive shirt. 4. Solid white boots were chosen to represent the snowy forecast that day. 5. John's orange boots was hated by his wife. 6. Sarah had teal colored boots which was not floral. 7. Tim predicted sun and did not wear brown or black. 8. The man who predicted rain did not wear striped boots. 9. The blue shirt was worn by a man. Shirts: black, blue, gray, brown, olive Boots: orange, pink, teal, tan, white Patterns: floral, stripe, dotted, whimsical, solid (PM me answers) Men 1st Nina & Anna / Competitive Sisters (NickF227) Women 1st Darius & Marco / Best Friends (Wuming Shi) Men 2nd Ching & Nigrella / College Friends (Thingamajig) Women 2nd Santana & Brittany / Cheerleaders (yzysg) Women 3rd Radar & Fox / Dating Reality Contestants (yope3041) Men 3rd Jennifer & Laura / Petite Models (Destinys Champion) Men 5th Megbot & Android 18 / Time Traveling Sisters (wakwakwak) {The FF is only taken when 1 team completes it, therefore you could have taken it} Women 5th Ellie & Seth / Dating (GauchGauch) {The FF is only taken when 1 team completes it, therefore you could have taken it} To do Hordes of Diamonds, -Skedaddle to Cape Town Docks- To do Hordes of Dutch, -Skedaddle to District 4- |

154 ZAR Elizabeth: I say, this ship would be ever so suitable for a trek towards the Henan province of China, and to your city of Kyoto. Darcy: But alas, this ship is only for those that are heading towards oppression in the new world. And by our own hand nonetheless. Elizabeth: I feel a slight sensation in my bosom, as if my heart were made of strings and these strings became taught. Darcy: I believe you are experiencing "empathy". It's normal for women to feel, though seeing as you have shunned your sex, you would not do so. Elizabeth: It's not as if I shunned my own sex and wish for the other; it's that I shun others of my sex.
