Oh and while I basically agree with you about the other stuff, look at how incompetent the market is too. It's not like there's a non-govt.

It will provide free high-quality medical care to every American with no additional taxes on anyone except people who can afford it without damaging the
current system.

it's impossible to do so Spike - there are so many additions, special clauses, etc, that I doubt the senators/representatives really know what they're
voting for or against, so they're just voting along party lines

I am bitterly disappointed that the public option/medicare buyin was scuttled for a bunch of so-called 'Blue Dogs' and all for nothing since the bill won't have a single GOP vote. That tort reform wasn't included just disgusts me. The sad thing is, if both parties had just put aside the paralysing partisanship we now have in DC, we could have had both. |

if both parties had just put aside the paralysing partisanship we now have in DC Let's see you lead by example, I'll even start. I think Stuart Smalley was a funny character. Now your turn, say something nice about Rush Limbaugh. |

Spike, how do you get your health insurance now? If its employer provided now, you would be fucked if you ever got too sick to work so this is a very good
thing for you.
