I agree SJ with what you're saying. It is genuine hate and anger instead of light hearted hate and rage. I'm over it. It is Christmas after all and
Natalie is not worth another thought anyway. She is going to be riding the backs of many thoughout her life. Boyfriends, husbands, dumbasses. Why should
Survivor be any different? Her favorite saying will soon be when anyone asks a question "Let me ask my (insert person here) first" K, now I'm
done.

I want to agree with that, but I can't. For me, personally, it isn't hate or rage. Its disappointment. As for Natalie, I honestly believe she'll be
remembered as the David to Russell's Goliath. I can't remember a season of Survivor where the winner was an underdog every step of the way. I say that
with the belief that aligning with Russell was risky because of the way Russell chose to play. Russell goes, she's next, based on the bond. Russell playing
with complete abandon put a target on her. I know she thinks she bonded with the girls, but she's at the bottom of that ladder no way you slice it.
I've slowly reached the realization that she didn't just exist, but she survived.

I don't hate Natalie, I feel bad for Russell, but there is a level of hatred for the jury that I thought I could never reach. As I look at it, it isn't
about the fact they didn't vote Russell to win...because I have imagined how I'd have felt had Russell won. I'd still have hated those people for
one simple reason: They didn't come to play the game *at all.* I'd think there would be one simple thing that each side of the argument could agree on:
The passion Russell showed for the game is something you should desire to see from the entire cast...and if that's too much to ask, at least the merge
tribe? To prove my point: I was so disappointed in the Kelly boot episode because I honestly thought that some people actually "showed up" to play.
Foa Foa would have gone!! But I'd have been satisfied because I could sit back and watch an interesting rest of the season because there's an actual
competition brewing.
