Rebecca actually got post-Cook Islands success in that she has her own infomercial which I have seen 5 times on TV.

Rebecca is such a Godddess. I was so addicted to her in Cook Islands. I tried DESPERATELY to call in for Survivor Live (didn't get through) then I stayed
home the day she co-hosted The View because I wanted to see her on my tv screen again.

I've seen her infomercial too. She's won a bunch of Emmys too for her work on The View. |

I didn't put a spoiler for this one but this castaway is so irrelevant I doubt anyone would have gotten it. #26 begins my MILF parade.
26 LISA KEIFFER Survivor: Vanuatu, 12th Place I know some people hate on Lisa because she was an "older" woman trying to fit in with the younger ones, but let me preface that by saying -- and what other choice did she have? Twila and Scout, both of which she had absolutely nothing in common with? I consider Lisa almost the original Debbie "Bubbles" because Lisa was a Southern mom & MILF, she was excited to be there, she was hard-working, great in challenges and a complete team player. She was completely genuine and one of those people that cannot hide what they are feeling. She was refreshingly MOR for a female as well, especially someone who was booted pre-merge for seemingly no reason. She had such a joy of life and I always was happy when I saw her. I have a huge appreciation for Southern mom MILF types because I grew up in a small town in Central Florida with a large reputation for pageant queens, so Lisa's archetype appeals greatly to me. I loved how loyal and honest she was. Lisa would be a great ally because you know she'd run your mouth before you would, but she'd try and save you both anyway. She wasn't the most exciting character, but I did love seeing her reactions to the earthquake and the looks on her face when Ami was threatening her and subsequently voting her out. Lisa took everything in stride but you can tell she wouldn't just lay down and die if something didn't go her way. Lisa was a fighter and an overall cool, fun-spirited, genuine individual. She's often forgotten but for unjust reasons. |

I loved Lisa. She was actually one of my favo Vanuatu women. It was very random how she was eliminated.

I loved Lisa's boot only because it contributed to Ami's OTTN HBIC status. <3
Also the Vanuatu commentary, a bunch of people mentioned she made soaps shaped like everyone's faces or something and I thought that was random and cool. |

Wow, posting someone as MOR as Lisa almost killed this thread lol. Back on track with a bigger character at #25...
25 OSCAR 'OZZY' LUSTH Survivor: Cook Islands, 2nd Place Survivor: Micronesia, 9th Place Ozzy might be a surprising choice because I don't really talk about him often, but I first realized that I really liked him when I was actually excited to see him again in FvF, he was my #2 behind Parvati and that held up for a while. I realized I liked Ozzy because he was fun to watch in challenges because I don't think we've ever had someone so proficient at swimming than he was, and he knew it. He was cocky but it was endearing and in Cook Islands he essentially learned the game as he went, which some might classify as mactor-ish and some might classify as oldschool, and luckily for me I love both oldschool methods and mactors so it felt very true to me (spoiler -- there is another castaway from this season with a similar strategical approach that is later on this list). He threw a challenge to get rid of useless Billy who I hated so I thought that was awesome, and even though Cristina's CPP5 (surrounded by two INV's yay) made her more of a favorite during the episode, it was evident that Ozzy would do whatever he had to in order to satisfy himself in the game. I loved seeing him provide for his tribe like a jungle boy. He truly enjoyed the experience and being out on a deserted island in the middle of the South Pacific and being able to live a simple, fun lifestyle, and I really liked watching that. It's what I would want to do if I was on Survivor and so I appreciated seeing that. Ozzy provided so much for his tribe and knew due to his strategic deficiencies he could use that to his advantage, which is actually a strategy in its own. We know Ozzy lost to that gamebot Yul('s HII -- same thing), but he managed to get votes from INV queens Rebecca & Jenny who never even spoke to him. Other highlights in the Cooks were "420... the magic number", him winning pretty much every single individual immunity, and overall just playing the game how he wanted without succumbing to the pressure of how he felt it should actually be played. And then FvF came, and Ozzy was cool, and then a douche (especially to Tracy) and he got blindsided in one of the best ever. His showmance with Amanda was lame and he essentially was lame, but then again so was Ami and I still put her on this list, and she even was willing to Timbira herself to allow Ozzy to win. Ozzy's cocky, arrogant, douchey and mactor-y, but he's also true to himself, amazing in challenges, a great provider, someone who really enjoys and values the experience and tries to grow as a person from it, and he's hot too. |

I fucking LOVED Lisa.
Her boot almost seemed like poor fanfiction so both Rory and Eliza would be able to make the merge (then again, most of Vanuatu felt like poor fanfiction that logically didn't make sense). |

I actually liked Ozzy in Cook Islands because I was cheering for the Aitu 4, collectively and on a first viewing, Ozzy dominating all the water/agility
challenges was kind of fresh. So by default, I didn't mind him coming back for FvF, and thought he was a deserving choice. And of course, I loved Amanda,
James and Cirie so I was cheering for the showmance alliance over the others, which had people I didn't really like (Eliza, Johnathan sorta..)
Ozzy's arrogance and entitlement did get amplified a lot in FvF.. it was there in the Cook Islands, just hidden a little better. He does deserve some credit though because the showmance alliance did control the premerge, and Ozzy/Amanda had all the power of the post-swap Malakal. |

I hate Ozzy in CI because of his hairstyle. I started to like him in Micro then went back to hating him.

Rebecca started off great -- Hiki surprisingly and shockingly went to TC in the first episode and thus Rebecca received a friendly MOR4 edit, showing that she was developing personal relationships with Sundra, saying it's a lot of pressure to represent for blacks (or "Afro Americans" as Borassi would say, before dying of course), and having fun with her tribe (in hindsight wtf was she not CPP4?!), Having recently done Edgic for Cooks I was shocked she got a bland MOR4 for the premiere. I gave her CPP5 and never even considered anything else. Shame the
rest of her edit didn't match that.

I totally agree. Did you make a chart btw? That'd be cool to see.
