I disagree. She preferred Ryan & Lil to Tijuana, and did not want to lose one of them over someone she found irritating.
Had Lil not shifted the vote, they would have had an ally (and likely not been voted out 2nd & 3rd). Lil got lucky with the Outcast twist, but voting out someone who is backing you & your one ally up us a ridiculously bad idea. |

Um, Wanda wasn't the first voted out. Wasn't Jonathan officially not chosen before her? Or, if you wanted to get really technical, neither of them
count and Jolanda is the first boot. But in no circumstance was it Wanda.
