mixing with plain yogurt is way better than butter and milk. of course i warm the yogurt first (by putting it on top of the potatoes).
i use a hand mixer to mash. |

I think the purple mashed potatoes are pretty! Mine might end up being red. I just sliced a good portion of the pad of my right ring finger off while washing
one of my new knives.
I peeled half, left half in the skin. They are boiling now. Dressing - done Green Bean stuff - done (please, don't stone me. I can't help that I like it) Mashed taters - done Roasted beets - almost done Cinnamon cranberry walnut bread - about to go in the oven Still to go: Ginger bread Pumpkin pie I'll cook the chicken tomorrow when I get to my destination. I don't have a damned lemon though. Shit.
